"Duo'er, where did that young master go?" Yun Dazheng returned just as Li Bingchen left, carefully carrying a basket. He looked left and right, but couldn't see Li Bingchen, so he couldn't help but ask.
Yun Duo tossed the last bit of grass into the basket, clapped her hands, and looked at Yun Dazheng, saying, "Oh, Grandpa, you mean Li Cheng? He just left."

After boiling, they specially added honey. Fearing that the young master would refuse if they invited him to their home, Yun Dazheng carried the eggs to the field.
Who knew... that young master actually left.
"Then... Duo'er, will that young master Li be back later?" Yun Dazheng asked expectantly.
Thinking about Li Cheng saying he was going to call his father, which would require going to the town, and possibly even the county, and the implication that he wouldn't be back anytime soon, I wondered...

It hurts just thinking about it!
However, no matter how heartbroken I am, I can only eat it myself.
Yun Da lifted the banana leaf covering the basket, took out the smallest bowl from the basket and handed it to Yun Duo, saying, "Duo'er, come on, eat two eggs first, then take the basket home and tell your grandma that the guests have left, so we won't cook lunch, we'll just have sweet eggs."
Thinking that there was so much soup and liquid, and that Yun Duo was too small to carry it, and that he was indeed a bit hungry after working for most of the morning, she continued, "Grandpa, have some honey water. Yun Duo divided the eggs among Yun Dazheng and nodded contentedly, "Yes! Duo'er understands."
