Just as Wang Rui was filled with fear, something unexpected happened—the hands that had been roaming over her body suddenly stopped moving, and then the tall figure pulled her tightly into his embrace, as still as a statue. If she hadn't clearly felt the touch of his legs, the tightness in his waist, and the weight on his body, she would have doubted that her allure had diminished.
And so, the two remained silent in this awkward position for several minutes. At first, Wang Rui dared not make any rash moves, simply quietly feeling the other's heartbeat and breathing. However, the tension in her body remained, and although she liked his embrace, the prolonged stillness did make her somewhat uncomfortable. She cautiously and gently moved her legs, but unexpectedly, this immediately elicited a reaction from Qian Gui.
Qian Gui suddenly gasped, letting out a low hiss. At the same time, his previously closed eyes snapped open, his gaze fixed on Wang Rui with desire. He gritted his teeth and growled, "You little devil!" Before he finished speaking, he lowered his head and licked Wang Rui's fair neck lightly with his tongue, sending a shiver down her spine and making her blush.
After doing all this, Qian Gui quickly sprang off Wang Rui and rushed into the bathroom in the master bedroom, leaving Wang Rui sitting there alone, stunned. Although she felt a chill run down her spine, recalling Qian Gui's strange reactions, a faint smile crept onto Wang Rui's lips.
She waited quietly for Qian Gui to appear, but ten minutes passed and Qian Gui was still in the bathroom. Another ten minutes passed, but the bathroom door remained closed and Qian Gui still did not come out. Wang Rui was puzzled as to why he had been in there for so long, so she stood up and slowly walked to the bathroom door.
She first gently knocked on the door and asked softly, "Qian Gui, what's wrong?" Seeing no response from inside, she paused for a moment, then asked again, "Qian Gui, are you alright?" Just as she finished speaking, suddenly, with a "creak," the bathroom door was flung open.
A large, strong hand, as hard as if cast in steel, shot out like lightning, accurately grabbing her wrist and pulling her into the bathroom with irresistible force. Because it happened so suddenly, she had no time to react and was dragged inside.
When she regained her footing, she realized that her small hand had somehow grasped something that made her blush and her heart race—something indescribable. Instantly, a burning sensation surged up her cheeks, turning them bright red. However, faced with this situation, she seemed to have lost the ability to resist, and could only submit to Qian Gui's control.
Finally, when the two returned to the bedroom together, Qian Gui's face was filled with a satisfied smile, as if he had just experienced something incredibly wonderful. Wang Rui, however, struggled to lift her head and glared angrily at Qian Gui. Qian Gui smiled and gently pulled her tightly into his arms. Then, he shifted back slightly, reaching out to pull the blanket over them both. He rested his head gently against Wang Rui's, his lips close to her ear, and whispered, "Baby, don't look at me like that, I'll think you're inviting me!" These words seemed to possess a magical power, instantly silencing Wang Rui, who dared not utter another word.
The next morning, the sun shone brightly, mirroring Qian Gui's mood. He gently took Wang Rui's hand, and the two slowly walked out of the villa. Just then, the roar of a car engine approached, and a black sedan came to a smooth stop in front of them. The window slowly rolled down, and Wang Rui immediately saw Qian Duoduo's astonished mouth, which looked so wide it could almost fit an egg.
Wang Rui's pretty face flushed instantly, and she subconsciously lowered her head, feeling a surge of shyness and embarrassment. Qian Gui, standing to the side, appeared much more composed. Although last night was filled with an ambiguous atmosphere, he didn't intend to share it with his younger sister. So, faced with Qian Duoduo's exaggerated reaction, he simply smiled slightly, as if he was already used to such scenes.
With a smile on his face, Qian Gui gracefully walked to the back door of the car, gently pulled the handle, and gestured for Wang Rui to get in first. Wang Rui nodded slightly, lightly sat in the spacious back seat, and then Qian Gui followed closely behind, getting into the car and skillfully closing the door.
"Duoduo, let's go!" Qian Gui said with a charming smile.
Hearing Qian Gui's words, Qian Duoduo finally snapped out of her daze, started the car, and drove towards Dongfang Huating. Actually, Qian Duoduo had originally planned to go to the municipal government to meet Ling Yun, but when she saw Qian Gui and Wang Rui walking out of the villa together, her intense gossip-loving heart was instantly ignited, burning like wildfire. At that moment, her mind was filled with all sorts of speculation and curiosity; she no longer cared about going to the municipal government!
As she drove, she laughed and said, "Brother Qian Gui, you guys have made a significant breakthrough."
Qian Gui smiled and said, "You silly girl, you have such a messy mind. We were discussing what we should prepare for proposing to Rui Rui's family last night."
Qian Duoduo said, "Going to propose marriage? So soon? Shouldn't we tell the grandparents first?"
Wang Rui thought about it and realized that marriage was indeed a matter between two families, and it was indeed necessary to suggest that both sets of parents meet. So she looked at Qian Gui and felt the thumb of the large hand holding hers gently sweep across the back of her hand twice. Her worries seemed to have calmed down.
