In the train compartment, Wen Sitian had woken up from her coma. She was sitting on her bunk, sobbing, her hair disheveled, her eyes dull, and silent tears falling from the corners of her eyes from time to time. She looked as if all her energy had been drained away, lifeless.
Two soldiers sat on the bed opposite her, not knowing how to comfort her, so they just stayed by her side silently.
In the box not far away, Funiu, who had drunk the water from the space well, woke up slowly. The little girl looked at the darkness around her and suddenly became scared. After calling her sister-in-law softly a few times and getting no response, she started crying with her mouth wide open.
The door of the compartment where the little girl was was closed, and the moving train made a lot of noise, which made Funiu's crying voice almost inaudible.
I don’t know why, but just when Funiu started crying, Wen Sitian, whose eyes were originally dull, suddenly stood up, scaring the two soldiers.
Wen Sitian opened the door of the box, listened carefully, and rushed out after a moment, staggering towards the box where Fu Niu was. The two soldiers didn't understand why, so they could only follow her closely.
"Bang!" Wen Sitian pulled the door of the box where Funniu was, and the light from the corridor shone into the box. The sudden scene made the little girl stunned.
The next second, the despair on Wen Sitian's face turned into surprise. She rushed into the box, hugged Fu Niu who was sitting on the bunk, and burst into tears.
The little girl was stunned for a moment, and finally came to her senses. She stretched out her little arms and hugged Wen Sitian's neck tightly, crying in a baby voice, "Sister-in-law!"
