"Wow!" Another burst of noise came.
"What? These three people colluded with outsiders to steal our food?"
"Yes, that's what I heard the captain say!"

Xu Jianguo also walked out with Funiu in his arms. As soon as he walked out the door, he heard Li Mancang's voice behind him: "Jianguo, wait a moment!"
"What, what's the matter?" Xu Jianguo turned around and asked.
"Hello!" Funiu greeted.
"Oh, okay, okay, Funiu is so good." Li Mancang said with a smile.
"Jianguo, this is what happened. Someone from the commune sent a letter yesterday, asking you to come over today."
"Ah? Going to the commune? What's the matter?" Xu Jianguo asked in surprise.
"Oh, it's about the Japanese incident. The county wants to commend the relevant personnel, but our commune secretary is concerned about your safety, so he plans to do it privately."
"Is that so? Then when can I go?"

"Uncle, are you going?"

Xu Jianguo brought Funiu back home. As soon as he opened the gate, Xiaohei ran over with his tail wagging.
Funiu happily touched Xiaohei's head, and Xiaohei nudged her with his little head, making the little guy giggle.
Looking at Funiu and Xiaohei running around in the yard, Xu Jianguo also smiled knowingly.
Ignoring them, Xu Jianguo went into the house, took out the washed clothes from the washing machine in the space, and hung them in the yard.
After doing all this, Xu Jianguo began to prepare lunch, and at this moment, Funiu's voice sounded from the yard.

When Xu Jianguo walked out of the main room, he saw Funiu and Xiaohei squatting by the vegetable patch, looking at something.
"Funiu, what's wrong?"
"Haha, come and see, there's a little hedgehog stealing our vegetables."
When Xu Jianguo heard this, he walked over, squatted beside Funiu and looked at the vegetable field.
Under the cucumber vine, a cute little hedgehog was chewing a cucumber with juice splashing everywhere. Its pair of round little eyes met Funiu's big eyes, but it didn't care at all and continued to eat with big mouthfuls.
"Haha, the little hedgehog is so cute. Can we keep it?"
Xu Jianguo smiled and said, "Do you like this little hedgehog?"
"Yeah, I like it!" Funiu nodded vigorously.
"But if you leave the little hedgehog at our house, its parents will be worried if they can't find it."
"Then...then why don't we just bring its parents here together?"

"How about this, let the little hedgehog choose by himself and eat first. If he doesn't leave after eating, we will keep him, okay?" Xu Jianguo thought for a while and said.
Funiu put her hand on her chin and thought for a while before saying, "Okay, I'll listen to Gaga."
"Be good!" Xu Jianguo rubbed Funniu's little head, then stood up to prepare lunch.
Braised chicken, steamed eggs with shrimp, sugar triangles, rice porridge, a sumptuous lunch was placed on the wooden table in the yard.
It was the first time for Funiu to eat sugar triangles. The sweet taste made the little one feel so happy that she didn’t even eat her favorite braised chicken nuggets.
Xiao Hei squatted beside her, looking at Fu Niu as if she were an idiot. His eyes seemed to say, "Why are you fighting with that white dough when you can just leave the chicken alone?"
After cleaning up the dishes, Xu Jianguo went back to the house to change his clothes and put on the work clothes from the Red Star Machinery Factory that Zhou Huainan had given him.
Although the clothes were a bit loose, they still couldn't hide his heroic spirit.
