Funiu ate a whole roasted sweet potato, and her little face had turned into that of a little cat. Xu Jianguo took a towel to wipe her face, washed her hands, and then made her a cup of honey water to drink.
Xiao Hei stood on his hind legs, staring pitifully at the sweet potato peel that Funiu threw on the kang table, and humming sounds from time to time, which made the little girl giggle.
Xu Jianguo ignored the two guys and continued to sit at his desk to do his translation work.
That day, Xu Jianguo, who was translating documents at home, heard someone calling him outside the yard. He quickly put down the pen in his hand and walked out.

When they arrived at the house, Funiu was playing with Xiaohei on the floor. When she saw Li Mancang come in, she said, "Hello, Uncle Mancang!"

Xiao Hei also knew Li Mancang. He barked twice and wagged his tail at him.
"This is my sister, Funiu!" Xu Jianguo introduced her to Lin Jianghai and Zhao Wenjuan.
"Hello uncle and aunt, I'm Funiu!" The little girl smiled sweetly and greeted them.
"Hello, Funiu!" the two men spoke, praising Funiu for being cute and polite.
"There are not enough chairs at home, please sit on the kang!" Xu Jianguo said somewhat embarrassedly.
Li Mancang also spoke up, "Right, let's go to the kang and talk. You two got up so early and traveled such a long way, it's a good time to rest!"
"Okay!" Lin Jianghai agreed with a smile, then took off his shoes and sat on the kang.
Xu Jianguo asked Li Mancang to greet the two of them, and he went to the main room, took out melon seeds, peanuts and White Rabbit milk candies from the space, and made four cups of honey water, brought them into the room, and placed them on the kang table.
The three of them and Funiu each had a cup of honey water.
