Chen Xiangdong walked angrily on the street in the early morning. He was going to kill Zhu Wenfei.
After Zhu Wenfei returned home, he took a shower with the remaining hot water and changed his clothes. When he sat down, he realized that his heart was beating violently. Only then did he vaguely hear the voice of his eldest nephew who had cried until he was hoarse.
He was too lazy to get up and check. It was normal for a child to cry a few times. As long as he was not dead, it was fine. He was not his son, but an ungrateful little wolf who was trying to steal his property.
He collapsed on his bed, worried that he was going to get beaten.
In the middle of the night, Old Zhu came back and Baoyuan was still crying. He got up to check on the child before he sat down. If the child continued crying, something bad would happen. His daughter would go crazy and kill the whole family.
Wen Fei is still young and unmarried and doesn’t understand anything, and he is also unreliable, but he has to go and take a look.
"Baoyuan, let grandpa hug you and don't cry." Old Zhutou changed his name a few days ago, and he will be called Zhu Baoyuan from now on. Since he is a son-in-law, of course he calls him grandpa. Old Zhutou feels that he is not wrong. Didn't the Chen family abandon him? He is a kind-hearted person who took them in.
Zhu Baoyuan hiccuped while crying. His parents had made him a soft child, and he would be bullied by other children in the red education class. He cried like a kitten, "I want my mother, woo woo woo, grandpa..."
Old Zhu's face suddenly turned dark. He was worthy of being Zhu Wenying's son, and was as ungrateful as her. Old Zhu was just about to give him an egg to coax him, but now he put the egg back.
"Call me grandpa, Baoyuan."
"Grandpa..."
"Not grandpa, but grandpa."
Baoyuan was sobbing and had no idea what was going on.
"Grandpa..."
Old Zhu was angry, "Baoyuan, what's your name?"
Baoyuan pointed at himself and whispered, "My name is Chen Baoyuan, and you are my grandfather."
Forget it, all the teaching these days was in vain. This child is from the Chen family and can’t be close to their family.
Old Zhu's face darkened and he stopped coaxing her. He was just going to cry to death.
Baoyuan's nose was red, and he came over tremblingly, hugging Old Zhu's legs, "Grandpa, I want my mom."
After saying that, he mustered up his strength and burst into tears again.
Old Zhu felt nervous. This child had just seen the whole process in the living room. Although he was still young, he couldn't know everything, right?
When the son-in-law comes home, even if Wenying, the daughter, doesn't say it out of consideration for sibling love or for the sake of money, all the money they paid will be wasted once the child says it.
Old Zhu calmed down again, picked up the child and coaxed him.
"Baoyuan, what did you see in the living room just now?"
Baoyuan pointed at the ground and said, "Uncle, you hit Mom, that's bad!"
Old Zhu hugged his hand back and said, "Uncle didn't hit your mother. Uncle was just playing with your mother."
Bao Yuan shook his head, "Blood..."
Old Zhu: "That's not blood."
Bao Yuan's eyes were firm: "Blood."
Old Zhu said: "Your mother fell down by herself."
Baoyuan: "Uncle, hit me!"
Old Zhu said: "Your mother fell down by herself."
Bao Yuan punched Old Zhutou, "You are bad!"
Old Zhu was very upset. This poor kid couldn't be taught anything, but he could see clearly. He was indeed a person who could not be tamed. He couldn't let him do such bad things.
The two men tried hard to convince each other until Chen Xiangdong kicked the door open.
Baoyuan couldn't help it when he saw his father. He pouted and cried and made a fuss, twisting like a maggot in old Zhutou's arms. Old Zhutou couldn't hold him at all.
Seeing Chen Xiangdong like this, Old Zhu had everything he didn't understand. It must be that the dead girl Wenying told him everything, which made him so angry.
"Xiangdong, you..."
Chen Xiangdong pushed the old man away and shouted, "Zhu Wenfei, get out here!"
He banged on the door.
Baoyuan stumbled over and hugged his father's legs, "Daddy, wuwu."
The child with a hoarse voice, red eyes, and who didn't sleep most of the night, looked so pitiful.
Chen Xiangdong picked up the child and put him in the small bed in their room. The bed had railings on all four sides, so there was no need to worry about him falling.
Chen Xiangdong recalled that this bed was specially made by a carpenter that his mother had found after asking many people for help, and it cost a huge sum of money.
At the time, his mother-in-law thought the child would grow up quickly and didn't need a cradle. He'd sleep in a cradle when he was little, and once he was a little older, he could just sleep with an adult. No parent would let their child fall. She, a rural woman, had more ideas than the city dwellers.
It would be great if I could give this money to Wenying and let her take it back to her parents' home.
The more Chen Xiangdong thought about it, the angrier he became. He recalled Old Lady Xia and thought of her heroic figure when she broke the door. He immediately rushed into the kitchen, took out a kitchen knife and came out.
"Xiangdong, you can't take the knife, you can't take the knife." Old Zhu saw the kitchen knife and went forward to grab it, but as an old man, he was no match for the strength of Chen Xiangdong, a young man, and was pushed away by him.
Without saying a word, he raised it and smashed the door again and again.
Zhu Wenfei was trembling in the house, almost scared to death.
He had never seen such a brutal thing in his life. He was just smashing the door with a kitchen knife.
If I chop the door down now, when he comes in, I’ll chop him with the kitchen knife.
"Brother-in-law, I didn't mean it. Brother-in-law, please calm down." Zhu Wenfei was running around anxiously inside, but he really didn't dare to open the door.
"Open the door for me. What did your sister do to you? Why do you want to hurt her and us like this?" Chen Xiangdong was angry. He was strong to begin with, and now he was even stronger. He chopped the kitchen knife until the blade was bent and only then could he make a tiny gap.
