Chapter 126 Hu Bin's Sky Collapses

The heavy punch coming towards him made Mr. Hu fall to the ground, stunned.

Jin Ju screamed, "Hu Jie, you dare to hit your own father, are you still a human being?"

Hu Jie: "If I weren't human, I would have killed you all long ago, and you wouldn't even have the chance to ask me this."

The murderous intent was so strong that Jinju shrank her neck and hid behind Hu's father.

Father Hu, with a bruised eye, said, "Second brother, are you blaming me? The police believe it has nothing to do with me, so why are you still doubting me? Don't you even trust the police?"

Hu Jie: "Let's go. I'll take you to the Public Security Bureau first."

Jin Ju hesitated to go. She didn't want to see a dead body, but she wanted to eat a dead chicken, a hot one. She hadn't eaten all day, and in the previous few days on the train, she had only eaten one pancake a day. Hu Bin cried several times from hunger. Before getting off the train, she snatched the corn a cheeky young woman was eating, cursing as she ran away.

People are starving to death, so why bother about propriety, righteousness, and integrity? Jinju felt that Hu Jie was really a bad person. They came all the way here, so how could he not treat them to something to eat?

Instead, his father-in-law took a punch from him. This father was worse than his son.

What's so good about a dead body? There's no need to rush to see it. How can it escape now that it's dead? Even if they saw it, they wouldn't have the money to bury it. It would be better not to notify them and let the public security bureau handle it on their own.

Jinju was sad for a few days after hearing that her husband had died, but these days she was so hungry that she was not so sad about her dead husband. Instead, she wanted to have a full meal.

"Dad and we haven't eaten enough for several days. Why don't we eat something before going over?" Jinju couldn't think of anything and her mind was only on eating.

Hu Jie sneered: "Are you going to the police or not? If not, get out."

I hated him to death, but when I thought about seeing Hu's father go in in a few days, I felt that the scene would be very exciting.

Father Hu pulled his eldest grandson and said, "Go, go now!"

Several people came to the Public Security Bureau. Seeing this, Old Lady Xia pulled Old Chen over with her.

In the past few days, Old Chen has been saying that Father Hu and his men had only made some minor mistakes at most, and the worst thing was that Mother Hu and his eldest son actually had such vicious thoughts.

He also said that it was wrong for Hu Jie to hit people. After all, they were his father, nephew and sister-in-law. How could he beat them up at will? He didn't know how to respect his elders at all and was not a good boy.

Old Chen even felt that he was completely different now than usual, and looked like an extreme person. It would be better for him to have less contact with him in the future. He also felt that Old Lady Xia was worrying about nothing.

To this, Old Lady Xia simply replied, "Have you lost your mouth? You keep talking nonsense all day long. I'll kill all your sons. Do you think you're extreme enough?"

Old Chen was still unconvinced, "Xiao Hu is still young and can still find a wife and have children, but Yingying is..."

Old Mrs. Xia raised her hand, and Old Chen wisely shut his mouth and didn't let the rest of the words come out.

Although Old Chen had been hurt by his sons before, it was not easy to change his long-standing thoughts. At heart, he was still the hateful old man who did not take women seriously.

In the Public Security Bureau, the police comrades first took Hu's father and Jin Ju to an interrogation room respectively, and asked Hu Jie and others to look after Hu Bin first.

They felt that since he was their uncle, it was impossible for him to really hate Hu Bin, a little boy.

Hu Bin was a very noisy child who couldn't read expressions. He was very hungry and wanted to eat the sweet candies and crispy biscuits he had eaten at his uncle's house before, so he started to throw a tantrum on the spot.

"I'm hungry. I want to eat. I want to eat."

Hu Jie looked at him coldly and let him roll around like that.

Seeing that this trick didn't work, Hu Bin immediately added crying to the mix. The child's crying was so loud that the public security comrades came over to see.

"Or, have mine first, but it's not much, just two biscuits." A policeman couldn't stand the voice anymore and walked over with the biscuits.

Hu Bin jumped up like a monkey, grabbed the biscuit and tried to stuff it into his mouth. But Hu Jie was faster, and instead of grabbing the biscuit, he covered Hu Bin's mouth.

"Sorry to bother you. He made the biscuits dirty. I will return them to you next time." Hu Jie dragged Hu Bin to wait outside the Public Security Bureau.

"You can cry now. If you can cry, it means you are not hungry enough."

Hu Bin was a little frightened and wanted to run inside immediately, but his uncle pulled him back by his clothes and pinned him against the wall with his legs.

"Where do you want to go?"

Hu Bin opened his mouth and was about to cry. After crying for a while, he found that his uncle not only did not comfort him but laughed instead. It was scary in broad daylight. He was so scared that he didn't dare to make a sound.

Hu Bin calmed down and asked quietly and politely, "Uncle, can I have something to eat?"

Hu Jie: "Don't you know how to ask for help? Why were you crying and making a fuss just now?"

Hu Bin: "Excuse me, so can I eat?"

Hu Jie rummaged through his pockets, and under Hu Bin's expectant gaze, he pulled out a pack of cigarettes, took out a cigarette and lit it.

Looking at the little fat boy, he said, "No."

Hu Bin pursed his lips and wanted to cry again, but he found that the more he cried, the hungrier he became. This person was very mean. He was different from his grandparents and would never give him any delicious food.

He wanted to save his energy and wait until his grandfather came out before crying.

Children are very smart. They know who they really feel sorry for and who they really hate.

Hu Bin calmed down and looked like a well-behaved fat kid, not naughty at all.

Hu Jie brought the person in and said, "If you keep crying, I'll sell you too. I heard they like boys the most."

After hearing this, Hu Bin became quieter than a quail.

The people in the Public Security Bureau were secretly impressed by the child's quietness. He still listened to his uncle. It seemed that he was a good child, different from his parents.

After the questioning, Jinju came out, but Hu's father did not come out. He was happily given silver handcuffs on the spot.

Upon hearing the news, Hu Jie threw the child to Jin Ju, got on his bicycle and ran away.

Jin Ju pulled the child behind her and tried to chase after him, "Hu Jie, you can't abandon us, mother and daughter, Hu Jie!"

Hu Bin fell, and Jin Ju fell with him. She slapped Hu Bin angrily, "Why are you always holding me back? Your uncle has already run away. Have you ever thought about where we're going to stay tonight?"

"Your grandparents are in jail, and your father is dead. Do you think I'm going to raise you alone? I can't afford it."

"So, son, listen, you must stay with your uncle. If your uncle doesn't want you, we'll all starve to death."

Hu Bin was confused and didn't seem to hear what his mother said at all. He started crying again because he was hungry.

So Jinju beat him again, and Hu Bin was devastated.
