No wonder it was so difficult to give birth; this little guy weighs a full eight pounds.
"Congratulations on the birth of your baby boy! He weighs a full nine pounds."
"Wife, it's over. You've worked so hard. You gave me a son. We have a son now."
Xie Chuan was excited and moved, his eyes reddening.
"How are you? Does it still hurt? You've really suffered. I really wanted to lie on top of you and share your pain just now."

An'an looked at Xie Chuan's arm, which was covered with red marks from her own scratches.

An'an told them not to be sad anymore, that things weren't going too smoothly.
"Yes, Mom and Dad, you're making such a big fuss again. My sister is perfectly fine, and she even has a grandson. Right now, we should be playing a song about a good day."
Xu Feng successfully made everyone in the room laugh.
"Baby, we've put you in the intensive care unit for now. We'll bring you here once the check-up is complete and everything is normal. You can have something to drink in the meantime."
"But don't eat anything yet. Observe for a day first. If there are no adverse reactions, you can eat. If you do eat, try to eat something light first."

The doctor gave instructions.

Both sets of parents have stayed at the hospital and haven't gone back home.
The next morning, before An'an was even fully awake, the baby was wheeled in. The baby was healthy in all aspects, chubby and fair-skinned, and so adorable.
"This is our eldest grandson! He's so adorable! Those big eyes are just like An'an's when she was little."
Xu Zijiang looked at his grandson with great affection, as if he were seeing his daughter when she was a child.
"Did you wash your hands before touching it?"
Yu Jiu said disdainfully.
"I've disinfected my hands eight hundred times already, just so I can touch my great-grandson."
An'an woke up at this moment.
The child stayed with her parents, and Xie Chuan stayed by An An's side, never leaving her.
"Why is it so noisy? What are Mom and Dad doing over there?"
"The baby has arrived, and they are looking at the baby now."
Why aren't you going?
An'an said coquettishly.
“I checked yesterday. Besides, you can’t be left alone. What if you wake up and want a drink of water?”
"To be honest, I am actually a bit thirsty."
"I've already prepared warm water for you."
