Ran Xuesong nodded: "Mm."
Although he was detained for more than ten days, he hadn't done anything wrong. Apart from looking a bit haggard, he had no mental problems.

Lu Jinyuan didn't ask any more questions and took An'an upstairs to go home.
Ran Jinnian went downstairs.
A few minutes later, Ran Xuesong came down.
"Big brother," Ran Jinnian called out.
Ran Xuesong stepped forward, knowing that the siblings wouldn't be seen from upstairs from their current position, and their conversation wouldn't be heard.
"Jin Nian, why did you call me down here?"
Ran Jinnian patted his shoulder three times and then gave him a look, and he immediately understood.
"Big brother, did you hit Song Zehan because of something he said?"
The older brother was arrested and detained for more than ten days because she hit Song Zehan, and Ran Jinnian couldn't pretend she didn't know.
Ran Xuesong's eyes narrowed: "Little sister, you and Song Zehan really did date before."
"Mm." Ran Jinnian nodded.
Ran Xuesong was astonished: "When did you two start talking?"
He thought Song Zehan was talking nonsense.

Ran Jinnian felt a slight pang of sadness. She had spent less time at home since getting married, but her older brother still treated her the same way he had always.
"You're such a grown man, why are you still so prone to tears?" Ran Xuesong saw Ran Jinnian's eyes were red and quickly comforted him, "Don't be sad, I'm fine."
"Brother, don't do this kind of thing again. Song Zehan is a thug; he carries a knife."
When Ran Jinnian was dating Song Zehan, she saw him carrying a small knife in his pocket.
Ran Xuesong nodded: "I understand."
The brother and sister chatted for a while longer before going upstairs to their respective homes.
Ran Jinnian returned to her husband's family home and found that Lu's mother's room was closed, so she went back to her own room.
As soon as she entered the room, she asked, "Where's An'an?"
Lu Jinyuan had already washed up and was lying in bed: "An'an wants to sleep with her sister."
Ran Jinnian never expected the little guy to like his little sister so much; he used to need her to sleep with him every night.
She didn't go to Lu's mother's room either, as it wouldn't be good if she woke them up.
"I'm going to take a shower." Ran Jinnian had been traveling for several days, and as soon as she got home today, she was busy with her older brother's affairs.
