Tang Yunyun thought it made sense. Nie Yuanbao should not speak in front of many people, and he should do less work in front of many people.
She had always thought that Nie Yuanbao wasn't very strong, as she had never seen him lift anything heavy, so she subconsciously assumed he was weak.
Something was suddenly off; just like her father said, there were two people on her.
Su Yue asked in surprise, "So the letter I drew wasn't something you guessed?"
Tang Yunyun waved her hand: "It wasn't me. I'm not that smart. It was Nie Zhiqing who figured it out."
Su Yue nodded knowingly: "I knew it. I was wondering why I could understand your reply at a glance. It turns out that Nie Zhiqing was the one who helped."
The two chatted as they walked into the village, with Fu Shen silently following behind, listening to their conversation.
Only then did he realize that Su Yue wrote letters to Tang Yunyun using drawings.
It's astonishing that some people can understand the meaning of these pictures and even reply in the same way.
When Zhao Xiulan saw Su Yue and Fu Shen from afar, a bright smile immediately appeared on her face. She went to greet them warmly and even asked Tang Yunyun to go to the team to call Tang Jianguo back.
Then, she quickly tidied up a room for Fu Shen to stay in that night, saying that she and Tang Yunyun could squeeze in together.
Su Yue was somewhat bewildered by Zhao Xiulan's change in attitude. When Tang Yunyun returned, she quickly pulled her into the room and whispered, "Did your mother experience something traumatic? Why has her attitude towards me changed so drastically, becoming so friendly?"
Before returning, she had planned to go to the uninhabited house with Fu Shen that night and spend the night in the space. She never expected Zhao Xiulan to be so enthusiastic in arranging accommodation for Fu Shen.
Tang Yunyun sighed softly, "That's right, she was upset. The day after you left, my mother was still angry about the marriage my aunt had arranged for me. She rode her bicycle back alone to argue. By the time my father and I arrived, the argument was over. My aunt dared to do that because she had the support of my grandmother and uncles. They thought it didn't matter whether I, a girl, lived well after marriage. If I were to be beaten to death, they could just give my parents a cousin to adopt. How could my mother not be angry when she found out? When she got home, she kept nagging, saying that if someone had helped you when you were little, you wouldn't have been bullied by your second aunt, Liu Meili, for so many years."
Su Yue hadn't expected things to turn out this way. After a long silence, she finally asked, "Are you still in contact with your maternal grandmother's side?"
Tang Yunyun shook her head decisively: "I won't contact her anymore, but I heard that my maternal grandmother is still waiting for my mother to back down."
Su Yue said confidently, "Your mother won't back down."
Tang Yunyun looked at Su Yue with some surprise: "You understand my mother better than my grandmother does."
Her maternal grandmother only thought that if a girl was gone, she was gone, and that someone else could be replaced at any time. She didn't want her mother to only have her as her biological daughter. Could someone else have done the same?
A bunch of selfish people. Luckily, her mother wasn't like them, or she and her father would be finished.
Su Yue smiled. She didn't really understand Zhao Xiulan, but from a mother's perspective, how could she not harden her heart when her daughter was almost killed by these greedy relatives?
As they were talking, Tang Yunyun suddenly remembered something and started gossiping mysteriously: "That guy named Huo Xueshen who lived in the cowshed is gone."
Upon hearing this, Su Yue's eyes widened, and she grabbed Tang Yunyun's shoulders abruptly, her voice trembling slightly: "When? Did she jump into the river and die?"
Didn't she tell him to wait a little longer?
Tang Yunyun was startled by Su Yue's sudden action. The pain in her shoulder made her hiss involuntarily: "Su Yue, you're hurting me."
Su Yue hurriedly let go, her face full of apology: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to. I was a little frightened when I heard that the person died."
Huo Xueshen is dead. What will happen to Fu Shen's background? Where should we even begin to investigate?
Tang Yunyun rubbed her shoulder, pouting slightly, "Did you misunderstand? I didn't say he died, I said he left, he left Shuiwen Village. Also, how come you've become so strong?"
