Chapter 167 Su Yue, You Owe Me (1/2)

Su Yue turned and went into the house. Wang Jingyi suddenly remembered that it might not be convenient to breastfeed outside, so she quickly called out, "Yueyue, grab an umbrella while you're at it."

Su Yue took out two small bags, one specifically for soiled diapers, and a thermos filled with warm water. She carefully tore off some toilet paper, folded two or three diapers, and finally picked up an umbrella.

She carefully checked everything to make sure there was nothing else to prepare before stepping out, looking at Wang Jingyi, and saying cheerfully, "It's ready, let's go."

Upon arriving in the county town, Su Yue and her group first went to the police station to find Officer Chen.

When Officer Chen saw them arrive, he went up to greet them.

"Comrade Wang, Comrade Su, you've arrived. I'll take you to see Su Xiaomei now."

Su Yue: "Officer Chen, could you help me find a place? I want to feed the baby before I go there."

I fed Ping An this morning, and it's been almost four hours now.

When Officer Chen saw Su Yue holding a child, he couldn't help but wonder if the child was hers. A few months ago, she didn't show any signs of pregnancy.

How come the baby was born all of a sudden?

When she said she wanted to breastfeed, if it wasn't hers, whose could it be?

"Follow me."

It was the same small conference room they had visited last time.

After feeding Ping An, Su Yue carried him to the toilet and changed his diaper.

After everything was settled, Su Yue held Ping An firmly in her arms, and together with Wang Jingyi, followed Officer Chen toward the prison.

This time, we went there by tricycle.

Upon arrival, Officer Chen arranged for Su Yue and Su Xiaomei to meet, while Wang Jingyi waited outside with Ping An in her arms.

Su Yue walked in and was stunned when she saw Su Xiaomei.

She had ear-length hair with a few striking white strands mixed in. Her face was exhausted, dark and dull, her eyes were lifeless, and her lips were bloodless.

This doesn't look like 18-year-old Su Xiaomei at all; you'd be saying she's 38 and still look young.

Su Yue clicked her tongue inwardly, realizing how incredibly unlucky she was to have run into Jiang Huaidong.

In my past life, wasn't that what I did? I kept hoping for Jiang Huaidong to come back, and I even lost my life waiting for that.

Although Su Xiaomei is still alive, it's practically the same as being dead.

Su Xiaomei slowly raised her head, looking directly at Su Yue, a bitter smile on her face, and said in a hoarse voice, "Don't you recognize me?"

She had been keeping her head down the whole time, but she was still able to keenly notice the expression on Su Yue's face when she first saw her.

After she committed the crime, the police notified her parents, who replied that they no longer acknowledged her as their daughter.

If you don't want to admit it, then don't admit it.
