Chapter 24 Deciding to Plant Wheat
Lin Shanshan remembered the red barrier, and she stood up abruptly, heading towards the vegetable garden behind the house.
Gu Yiye followed his wife closely to the back of the house.
Chen Meili followed the crowd and, seeing that everyone else was going, even though she still didn't believe it, she went to see for herself.
Zeng Huihuang was not lying; tiny green shoots were sprouting in the huge vegetable garden.
Chen Meili exclaimed, "This is amazing! It's only been four or five hours and it's grown so much!"
"But why didn't the ones Zeng Huihuang and I planted sprout?"
Lin Shanshan didn't know how to explain.
Is it about to be exposed?
Gu Yiye glanced at Lin Shanshan's face and said, "I sprinkled some before, not the ones planted today. The ones planted today definitely wouldn't grow."
Zeng Huihuang said, "That's impossible. I didn't see any sprouts when I came this morning. How could it grow this long in just a few hours?"
