Chapter 101 There's no one here, how exciting!

Even the hospital was quiet at this time, and footsteps were particularly noticeable in the empty corridors.

Liu Nian lowered her pace and watched the man turn a corner ahead. She quickly walked forward, leaned to the side, and was suddenly pulled into someone's arms.

"Following me?" A deep voice came from above. Liu Nian peeked out from the man's arms and sighed, "You still found out."

She raised an eyebrow. "How about you take me with you?"

In the empty corridor, dim lighting cast two overlapping shadows on the floor.

Su Xu looked down, pursed his lips, and said, "If you don't leave soon, I might take you to do something else."

As if afraid Liu Nian wouldn't understand, he said, "Anyway, there's no one around now, so it's more exciting."

"You!" Liu Nian quickly shoved Su Xu away, pointing angrily at him, "You've gone bad."

That's right, Su Xu has gone bad! The shy Su Xu from before has become a seasoned driver!

"Good girl, go back." Su Xu patted the woman's bottom and said, "The scene is going to be very bloody, it's not suitable for you to watch."

Liu Nian tried to coax him with her charm, but Su Xu didn't give her the chance. He escorted her back to her ward and handed her over to Liu Hua, telling her to keep a close watch on her.

Night had fallen, and Su Xu rode his bicycle at breakneck speed, whistling through the air like an arrow.

When they arrived at Zheng Laosan's house, most of the houses in Zhengjiazhuang had already turned off their lights, and it was pitch black, with only the occasional bark of a dog.

Su Xu climbed over Zheng Laosan's fence, pushed open the gate, and entered the house.

"Oh my god! You scared me to death!" Zheng Laosan, who had just lain down on the kang (a heated brick bed), was immediately startled. Looking at the dark figure in front of him, he frantically grabbed his clothes and asked, "Who are you?"

Su Xu didn't say a word, but directly lifted Zheng Laosan off the kang (heated brick bed). His forceful posture and aura frightened Zheng Laosan so much that he stammered on the spot.

"You, you, you, what do you want to do?"

"Your wife hasn't come home and you're not even in a hurry to find out?" Su Xu gripped his collar, his iron fist tightening around it, and Zheng Laosan immediately felt a sense of suffocation.

His wife had already gone back to her parents' home. Zheng Laosan wanted to say something but couldn't bring himself to say it. He was so frustrated that he couldn't breathe. He kept patting Su Xu's hand, his eyes widening.

Su Xu chuckled softly, "Didn't you want to hang yourself? I'll let you get used to this feeling."

After he finished speaking, his hand suddenly loosened, and Zheng Laosan fell onto the kang (a heated brick bed) with a thud. He gasped for breath, his body hunched over, coughing terribly.

Once he had a moment to catch his breath, he looked up.

A rope was placed beside him, and Su Xu coldly crossed his arms and looked at him.

Su Xu's eyes flashed with a cold light. He slightly raised his chin and said, "Isn't this what you often use to hang yourself?"

"Yes, yes, ah... no!" Old Zheng trembled with fear, as if he had a premonition of his fate.

Su Xu bent down and picked up the rope from beside him. The rough hemp rope was very prickly, but Su Xu gently stroked it and said slowly, "A person will usually die in four to six minutes when suffocating."

“But I’m not quite sure how long it will take, so should we do an experiment?” Su Xu smiled gently, but that smile seemed like a death knell.

"Please! No! No!" Zheng Laosan immediately tried to escape.

But Su Xu had already put the rope around his neck and tied a knot.

Then the rope was threaded through the roof beam, and Zheng Laosan was hoisted up directly.

Su Xu pulled on the rope, took out his watch, and looked at the struggling Zheng Laosan, saying, "Let's start the timer."

Suspended in mid-air, Zheng Laosan kept flapping his legs, his hands gripping the rope. His face gradually turned from red to purple, his chest felt tight and his head felt like it was going to explode.

His eyes gradually became bloodshot, and then his consciousness began to fade.

Seeing Zheng Laosan about to lose consciousness, Su Xu raised his hand, glanced at his watch, and clicked his tongue, "Your body isn't up to par."
