The ward was soon packed with people who came to offer their congratulations, and Su Xu's face grew increasingly grim.

"I'll go eat outside so you won't crave it." Su Xu looked at Liu Nian cautiously, afraid that she would get angry again, and quickly walked out with the roast chicken.
As he walked out of the ward, Su Xu looked at the roast chicken in his hand and sighed; he really couldn't eat it.

Su Xu sighed and put the roast chicken into his spatial storage.
He checked the time and thought it was about time before going inside.

Liu Nian lay on the hospital bed, reached out to Su Xu, and beckoned with her finger, saying, "Come here."

Liu Nian grabbed Su Xu's clothes and said, "Bend down."
Su Xu obediently bent down and got close to Liu Nian's face.
The two locked eyes, and Su Xu blinked. "Wife, what exactly do you want?"
As soon as he finished speaking, Liu Nian reached out and placed her hand on the back of his head, then kissed him.
Soft lips pressed against hers, and Liu Nian opened her mouth.
Su Xu was secretly delighted and was about to deepen the kiss when Liu Nian pushed Su Xu's head away.
"Su Xu!" Liu Nian wiped his mouth and shouted, "You said you ate everything, tell me, what did you eat?"
"Are you out of your mind?!"
"You don't even taste the roast chicken in your mouth!" Liu Nian glared angrily at Su Xu. "Don't tell me you brushed your teeth after eating! And you still don't taste the toothpaste!"
