Chapter 5 What's wrong with Su Xu?
"Huh?" Liu Hua didn't react for a moment. "In what way?"
"You're already married, how come you still don't understand?" Aunt Cui nudged Liu Hua, covering her mouth and laughing. "Someone tried to arrange a marriage for Su Xu before, but he said he wasn't feeling well and couldn't hold someone's daughter back."

Liu Hua, lacking her own opinions, quickly opened the door upon hearing her daughter's instructions, and Aunt Cui walked out cursing.
"Pah! You're like a dog biting Lü Dongbin, not recognizing a kind heart! Let's see how you live from now on!" Aunt Cui spat at the Liu family's iron gate several times.
Aunt Cui went to the Liu family several times to find a spouse for her son, but was always turned away by them. They said their daughter wasn't in a hurry and should find someone she liked herself.
Now she was both angry and a little smug. The Liu family had been so picky, and in the end, they found someone with a bad class background who wasn't even good in bed. If they had agreed to marry her son earlier, none of this would have happened.
Seeing passersby gathering around, she sneered, "Have you heard? This family's daughter caused two brothers to turn against each other. We don't even know if she's innocent or not. She's a femme fatale! We wouldn't even take her if she offered herself to us..."
Before she could finish speaking, a bucket of cold water was poured directly over her, leaving her drenched in chicken soup.

Several women looked on with envy for a while, then sighed and left. After all, he was the village chief; they didn't have that kind of luck.
However, Aunt Cui was right; Liu Nian's future was definitely going to be tough. Thinking about it this way, they felt a bit better, after all, her husband was capable.
