Chapter 186 Are you Teddy?

Commander Jiang looked so cool protecting me; I really liked it.

The little girl's soft, sweet voice, accompanied by a gentle laugh, lingered in his ears, causing Jiang Jingxing's heart to race uncontrollably.

He's almost thirty years old, and he still has such youthful impulsiveness; he's a little embarrassed by it himself.

But the girl next to him had an unusually loud laugh. Seeing her pretty face, he pressed his tongue against his palate and warned in a hoarse voice, "Don't mess with me, or I'll do you right here!"

The man's voice was full of danger and ambiguity.

Su Yan's laughter stopped abruptly.

Realizing what the man had said, her face flushed bright red!

She silently distanced herself from the man, and said angrily, "Are you a teddy bear? Why are you always thinking about this kind of thing?!"

Jiang Jingxing's face darkened instantly, and he retorted through gritted teeth, "Isn't it all your fault for being so impatient, you little vixen!"

Su Yan: "..." Can she just shut up?

She rested her chin on her hand in frustration and said irritably, "You have a lot of twisted logic, what does it have to do with me?"

"Let's keep things separate. I'm telling you this upfront: if your parents come looking for trouble, I won't be lenient with them!"

Upon hearing this, Jiang Jingxing abandoned his joking mood and said with a pursed lip, "Don't be polite to them. If they dare to cause you trouble, just tell me, and I won't hold back."

In his heart, they weren't even worth a finger of his little girl.

Sensing the ruthlessness in the man's tone, Su Yan paused.

After hesitating for a moment, she couldn't help but ask, "Is your relationship with your parents really that bad? Of course, if you don't want to talk about it, just pretend I didn't ask."

Jiang Jingxing frowned slightly and said calmly, "There's nothing I don't want to say. In my heart, people like them are an insult to the title of 'parents.' They don't deserve it."

He selectively recounted his childhood experiences, focusing on the most important points.

It turns out that Jiang Changzheng and Qin Qin fell in love on their own, but they were both the same kind of people, extremely hypocritical and concerned with saving face. So, Mr. Jiang did not agree to the marriage at first, but Qin Qin was already two months pregnant at the time, and in order to hide this shameful matter, the marriage had to go through with it.

To save face, Qin Qin and Jiang Changzheng claimed that Jiang Jingxing was a premature baby. The couple started arguing from the moment the child was born. In public, they were a loving and exemplary couple, but in private, they were clowns who had shed their pretense.

Later, Jiang Jingxing became their tool for gaining face when he started school. From the first grade of elementary school, whenever he didn't get a perfect score, he would be severely beaten and denied dinner. After the punishment, he would be forced to continue doing his homework.

By the time he reached fifth grade, Jiang Changzheng and Qin Qin had become even more extreme. If he did poorly on a test or did something wrong, they would make him kneel at the door with a basin of water held above his head in both hands. He would kneel for at least three hours at a time, and if he spilled a little water, they would add another half hour. Sometimes, Jiang Changzheng would even whip him.

One winter day, he was beaten and locked in the attic. He didn't eat or drink for three days, and because he wasn't dressed warmly enough, he developed a high fever and fainted. They thought he was faking it to avoid punishment, so they locked him up for another night. They only found him unconscious when they opened the door the next morning.

"Later, when my grandfather found out what they had done to me over the years, he took me under his wing and raised me personally. He also tried to mediate between me and the two of them, but they became more and more outrageous. My grandfather was disappointed in them and stopped forcing me to change."

Jiang Jingxing said with a self-deprecating laugh, "Actually, after I woke up from my unconsciousness, I stopped treating them as my parents. After I became an adult, they wanted me to go into politics, but I chose my grandfather's arrangement, and my relationship with them dropped to a freezing point."

To me, they are family, but more importantly, they are enemies. So, Ah Yan, if they do anything to you, retaliate however you feel good, without worrying about my feelings.

Su Yan looked at him with heartache.

She saw the hatred and sarcasm in his eyes, and also the hint of loneliness that flashed across his brows.

How could he feel nothing at all? It was precisely because they were his parents that he was heartbroken, and he was still struggling with pain and resentment.

“I understand.” She held his hand and whispered, “Our family will definitely be happy and harmonious in the future. I will help you heal your childhood and your scars. Jingxing, promise me, don’t let yourself sink into pain.”

Jiang Jingxing slammed on the brakes, turned his head and stared at her blankly, his grip on the steering wheel tightening.

He seemed surprised that she would say such a thing to him, after all, she sometimes silently avoided the topic of his feelings.

Su Yan felt a little embarrassed by his stare, so she reached out and pushed his face, saying, "Don't look at me like that. I wasn't mentally prepared for dating before, and I've always been pessimistic about marriage."

Having you as my boyfriend all of a sudden has put me off, but after spending these past few days together, I've realized that love isn't all bad. So I'm willing to open my heart to you and be with you. Aren't you happy about that?

"Oh."

Jiang Jingxing stared at her, then suddenly chuckled foolishly. He leaned in and pulled her tightly into his arms, bursting into thunderous laughter, "Hahaha..."

Su Yan was startled and struggled to say, "What are you laughing at? You scared me to death!"

After laughing enough, Jiang Jingxing let go of her, put his hands on her shoulders, his handsome face full of smiles, and his deep eyes revealed sincere and earnest emotions. "Ayan, I'm happy, I'm so happy! Thank you!"

As he spoke, he hugged her tighter again, buried his face in the crook of her neck, and said in a low voice, "Thank you for being willing to change for me."

Hearing this, Su Yan patted him, both amused and exasperated, "Look at you, so silly! Alright, hurry up and drive, don't stand in the middle of the road, it's too dangerous. Luckily there aren't many cars on this road."

Jiang Jingxing reluctantly let go of her.

For the rest of the journey, he couldn't help but turn his head to glance at her every now and then.

Finally, Su Yan gave him a stern lecture, and only then did he give up and concentrate on driving.

We arrived at the hotel at 10 p.m.

As soon as she entered the room and closed the door, before the lights were even turned on, Su Yan felt her feet leave the ground, and then her lips were enveloped by a warm sensation. Her breath was completely enveloped by the man's hormones.

Unlike the longing she felt in the morning, she sensed the man's impatience and ferocity tonight, leaving her no chance to respond.

In the dark room, she was pinned against the table by the man, their passion raging. She could hardly breathe. She didn't know how much time had passed, but she felt her thoughts drifting away. She let the man's lips roam over her entire body, her body as limp as water, unable to even stand.

Heaving heavy breathing filled my ears. "I want you."

After Jiang Jingxing finished speaking, he gently bit her earlobe.

Su Yan gritted her teeth and clung to his shoulder, nervously pulling at his clothes, and whispered, "This is my first time, you...you be gentle."

She agreed.

Jiang Jingxing's eyes darkened, and he sealed her lips with his again.

"Rip—!"

The sound of tearing fabric was especially loud at night.
