Xiao Weiguo smiled and took out a cigarette, offering one to Bai Ziyu, but Bai Ziyu refused, saying he didn't have that habit.
Xiao Weiguo lit his cigarette and took a sip. He then spoke slowly.

After returning home, I kept thinking, why can't we in the North vigorously develop the paging industry? This thing may seem small, but its uses are enormous. If the price is right, many people will definitely use it. I talked to my family about it, but they didn't support it, mainly because they couldn't come up with that much start-up capital.
It turns out that Bai Ziyu had only considered the industry from a business perspective and had not gained a deep understanding of the industry's supply chain and operating methods.
It's understandable, though. People these days mainly think about buying and selling when doing business, but they don't pay much attention to the development relationship between upstream and downstream industries.
I don't care who made it, as long as I can sell it to others and make money, that's all that matters.
Few people consider how long this product will last, when it will be phased out, or what its replacement will be.
"Then that Professor Zhang Chenliang you mentioned?"
"Oh, you mean Professor Zhang? He's my friend's uncle. His family is quite wealthy. When I visited my friend, I stayed at his house. He recently returned to China and doesn't have much to do. He just stays home all day and has even taken us out for a few trips."
Upon hearing this, Xiao Weiguo's eyes finally lit up; this Zhang Chenliang seemed promising.
