Chapter 23 Snatching from Meng Shuyun

The woman opened the cloth bag and looked inside. Neatly stacked white cotton masks were covered by a separate piece of cloth, looking clean and hygienic.

Meng Shuyun handed over the mask strap, saying, "Today is my first day of business, and it seems we're destined to meet. Here's the first mask for you. Try it on and see if it makes you feel any better. If you find it useful, please help me spread the word."

"I'm so sorry, is it really free?"

The woman was pleasantly surprised, not expecting the other person to give her a mask. She took it and put it on eagerly.

The pungent smell was immediately blocked, and it was also very breathable.

The fine cotton fabric is soft, comfortable to wear, and doesn't hurt the ears.

She had bought masks before. The masks on the market were all thick cotton masks, which were not only not breathable, but also very heavy and uncomfortable to wear for a long time.

I never expected that the face mask made by this old lady would be so comfortable.

"Your mask is really good. I can't smell anything at all now. How much is it? I want to buy another one."

Meng Shuyun beamed and took out a cleanly cut piece of fine cotton cloth from her pocket and rolled it up separately. "Five cents each."

She didn't expect to sell one of her masks so easily, which greatly boosted her confidence.

In just one hour, all twenty masks made last night were sold out.

Suddenly, Meng Shuyun was bumped on the shoulder by a passerby. The force was so great that she almost lost her balance. After regaining her footing, she glared at the person and said angrily, "What's wrong with you? Don't you watch where you're going?"

The other party was a teenage boy with a dirty face. He didn't apologize, glanced at Meng Shuyun quickly, picked up the suitcase on the ground, and ran away.

"Robbery! Someone stole my suitcase!" A girl's anxious shout rang out in the train station hall.

The passersby watched indifferently, as if it were none of their business. Who knew if helping would result in their own bag being stolen next?

Meng Shuyun grabbed the boy by the back of his neck and lifted him up. The boy grimaced and refused to let go of the box, saying, "You old hag, let go!"

"What an impolite kid! Where are your parents? Is that box yours?" Meng Shuyun slapped him on the back of the head without any politeness.
