Shao Jiang clicked his tongue: I forgot that Lin Meizhi took a bath here today.
Wei Mingshen glanced at Su Xueli sitting next to him and said in a low voice, "I'm going out to take a look."
Su Xueli remained silent, watching Lin Meizhi outside with a gossipy, detached expression.
Wei Mingshen walked to the window, looked at Lin Meizhi expressionlessly, and asked, "Is there something you need?"
Lin Meizhi's eyes turned red with anger, and she gritted her teeth and said, "If you have something to say, come with me."
Wei Mingshen said, "You see, we're eating right now. Let's talk about it tomorrow. I'll come find you at the store."
Lin Meizhi said, "I'm going to say it now."
Wei Mingshen frowned and glanced at Shao Jiang through the window.

He had at least made that promise, and Lin Meizhi, furious and embarrassed, pushed her bicycle away.

Su Xueli was annoyed at being pointed at, so she deliberately provoked her by raising her chin, narrowing her eyes, and asking defiantly, "What's it to you?"
Lin Meizhi's eyes were practically spitting fire, and she simply cursed, "Shameless! You're divorced and still clinging to someone else's man. Haven't you ever seen a man before?!"
Wei Mingshen's face darkened, and Su Xueli reached out to stop him, coldly asking Lin Meizhi, "Who are you talking about? Who's clinging to someone else's man? Who hasn't seen a man before? It seems like you used to cling to my man all the time, and now you're begging him to go with you, isn't that right?"
"Great job!" Shao Jiang and Yan Yan exchanged a smile.
Wei Mingshen remained silent with a dark expression.
Li Meizhi screamed, "Su Xueli, listen to me! Wei Mingshen was always my man! You shamelessly stole him away! We're already having a child..."

Su Xueli was shocked and looked at Wei Mingshen with a look of utter astonishment.
"Meizhi!" Wei Mingshen shouted.
Lin Meizhi started throwing a tantrum: "What's wrong? Am I wrong? If it weren't for her, wouldn't I be your wife now? Shouldn't I be carrying your child? Did I say something wrong...?"
Wei Mingshen pointed towards the door: "Meizhi, let's go right now!"
His voice was deep, but its force was terrifying.
Lin Meizhi's hysterical outburst went silent immediately, like a firecracker thrown into water.
The anger in her eyes turned into tears. She glanced at Wei Mingshen with teary eyes, then turned and sobbed as she pushed her bicycle out of the Shaojiang Bathhouse.
Wei Mingshen sat back down at the table with a grim expression, sighed, and apologized to everyone: "I'm sorry for spoiling everyone's fun. I'll drink a penalty cup."
He raised his glass and downed it in one gulp.
Shao Jiang poured him another drink, patted his shoulder, and said softly, "It's not your fault, don't take it to heart, let's keep drinking."
Wei Mingshen nodded, picked up his wine glass, looked at Su Xueli, and said in a low voice, "I apologize for startling you just now."
Su Xueli stopped Wei Mingshen, who was about to drink, and asked, "How will you apologize? Is this drink your way of apologizing to me on behalf of Lin Meizhi?"
