Wei Mingshen asked, "What are you doing going to town so late at night?"
"I have something important to discuss."
"What important matter is it, and whose is it about?"
"My younger brother."
"My brother-in-law, can you tell me what's going on?"
Su Xueli then told him.
Wei Mingshen was somewhat moved; this was similar to his own situation! These parents loved to make decisions for their children, doing what they thought was right without considering their children's feelings at all.
He said in a deep voice, "Your cousin is very brave, I admire him."
Su Xueli smiled and said, "You regret not being brave enough to run away from the wedding like him, otherwise you wouldn't be trapped in this cage of marriage now."
Wei Mingshen's heartstrings were immediately jolted. "Don't talk nonsense."

Wei Mingshen pedaled his bicycle silently without saying a word.

Su Xueli sneered inwardly.

For a moment, her heart softened. She asked in a hoarse voice, "What's wrong?"
He looked at her and said, "I don't know either, Sherry. I'm not used to you not being around. Tell me, what is this between us?"
Su Xueli stared straight at him, speechless.
Wei Mingshen suddenly turned his head, awkwardly rubbed the ground with his foot, coughed twice and said, "It's so cold. If people see us talking on the street, they'll think we're stupid. Sit down and let's go."
The two rode their bikes to "Youth Hair Salon," only to find the door locked from the inside.

He Yulan was dumbfounded. This was just so-so?
"Sister, you're here!" Su Yunfeng ran out from the back room.
"Oh, my brother-in-law is here too." He quickly took out a cigarette to offer him.
Wei Mingshen waved his hand and said, "No need, your sister has something to tell you. After she finishes, we'll go back quickly."
As he spoke, He Yujie also emerged from inside.
