Chapter 110 Pregnancy 1

"Mom, she didn't tell me, how am I supposed to know where she lives?" Wang Baomin said, feeling extremely aggrieved.

"Doesn't she have a home address on her ID? Can't you just ask? If she doesn't tell you, you won't ask? What if her parents sue you for trafficking women?" Tao Ying berated Wang Baomin.

“I, I’ll go tomorrow.” Wang Baomin didn’t dare to argue and immediately picked up the fish and went out.

Tao Ying also started stewing cabbage and potatoes.

Wang Yuexue came out of the house and saw Wang Baomin cleaning the fish. She then caught sight of him inside and cleared her throat. "Baomin, let me help you clean it."

Tao Ying came out when she heard the noise, and seeing Wang Yuexue's pale face, she couldn't help but like her.

Tao Ying could obviously tell that Wang Yuexue was doing it on purpose.

This child's little tricks are written all over his face.

And that's coupled with her exquisite looks.

Tao Ying still likes him terribly.

"Mom, you must be my mother-in-law~ I'm your daughter-in-law, my name is Wang Yuexue, you can call me Xiaoxue." Wang Yuexue didn't give Tao Ying a chance to speak.

Tao Ying “…”

"Mom, don't listen to her nonsense, she's not my wife." Wang Baomin said anxiously.

“Baomin, how could you do this… If you say it’s not true, then it’s not true~” Wang Yuexue said softly, tears welling up in her eyes.

Anyone who saw that expression would call Wang Baomin a scumbag.

"Wang Baomin, is this how I taught you?" Tao Ying pointed at Wang Baomin with a fire poker, and secretly winked at Wang Yuexue where Wang Baomin couldn't see.

Wang Yuexue was stunned for a moment, then immediately straightened her back excitedly.

I initially thought Wang Baomin was a nice person, but now it seems that his mother-in-law is even better.

"Mom... I... I just told you, I really have nothing to do with her." Wang Baomin suddenly became anxious.

She was already starting to regret saving Wang Yuexue; Wang Yuexue was already affecting her mother's opinion of her.

"Mom, what Baomin said is true, we really have nothing to do with each other." Wang Yuexue covered her face and threw herself into Tao Ying's arms.

"Good girl, don't cry, don't cry. Does your head still hurt? Auntie will make you some fish soup later, okay?" Tao Ying affectionately hugged Wang Yuexue and coaxed her gently.

"Thank you, Mom. I love everything you make," Wang Yuexue said in a sweet, coquettish voice.

"Mom!" Wang Baomin was about to explode, wishing he could run over and pull Wang Yuexue out of his mother's arms.

"What 'Mom'? Hurry up and clean the fish." Tao Ying glared at Wang Baomin.

Wang Baomin glared at Wang Yuexue resentfully before reluctantly going to clean the fish.

"Child, you've gone too far with the performance," Tao Ying whispered in Wang Yuexue's ear.

"Mom~, what are you talking about?" Wang Yuexue blinked, looking at Tao Ying with confusion.

"Sweetie, go back to your room and rest. You can't think or move around too much right now." Tao Ying gently patted Wang Yuexue's shoulder.

"Okay, Mom." Wang Yuexue nodded obediently.

Watching Wang Yuexue leave, Tao Ying turned around and continued cooking.

After Wang Baomin finished packing, Zhou Daya and Grandpa Wang returned, and Wang Chunni and Yang Lin also came back together.

The couple has been married for over a year, and they usually come back for meals.

However, the two of them did show their support; Yang Lin would always buy rice and meat.

At Yang Lin's insistence, Wang Chunni would hand over her salary to Tao Ying every month.

However, the couple would also do odd jobs at Tao Ying's businesses.

"Mom, are you making fish? I'll do it." Wang Chunni walked straight in.

"Yangyang, Uncle bought you a toy." Yang Lin held up a doll.

"Uncle, I'm all grown up now. This is something only little kids play with. Besides, this is very expensive, it's such a waste of money." Tao Chenyang put down the garlic in his hand, looked up and looked at Yang Lin seriously.

“Yangyang, girls can play with dolls no matter how old they are. You’re a child, so you don’t need to worry about money.” Yang Lin looked at Tao Chenyang with some heartache.

For a moment, Yang Lin longed to whip Tao Chenyang's biological father's corpse.

They've persecuted both the mother and daughter to this extent; no one feels safe anymore.

Everyone is very wary of others.

"I don't like it." Tao Chenyang glanced at the doll and said stiffly.

"Yangyang, we've already bought it..."

Yang Lin had only spoken half a sentence when Wang Chunni ran out and hid in a corner, vomiting violently.

"Wife, what's wrong?" Yang Lin rushed over.

"Mom, what's wrong?" Tao Chenyang asked worriedly.

"I'm fine, maybe my stomach is a little upset," Wang Chunni waved her hand dismissively.

Tao Ying followed her out, and the question that came to mind subconsciously was, "How long has it been since you had your period?" She was shocked after saying it.

"Huh?" Wang Chunni looked at Tao Ying in disbelief.

"No way?" Yang Lin was initially overjoyed, then looked at Tao Chenyang nervously.

Seeing that Tao Chenyang's face was tense, he squatted down and looked at Tao Chenyang.

“Yangyang, you will always be your mother and uncle’s most important child. We can also only have you as our child.” Yang Lin was really afraid that Tao Chenyang would become distant from Wang Chunni because of this.

In that case, Yang Lin would rather not have this unexpected child.

She didn't want his arrival to affect the happy family she had worked so hard to achieve.

"What right do you have to hurt my brother?" Before anyone else could speak, Tao Chenyang's face tightened, and he immediately stood in front of Wang Chunni.

Yang Lin “…”

"Alright, stop teasing Yangyang." Wang Chunni glared at Yang Lin.

Although Yangyang didn't say it, Wang Chunni knew that Yangyang always attributed their miserable life to the loss of her child.

Yang Lin felt really wronged, but he didn't dare to speak up.

Tao Ying glanced at the three of them, said nothing, and went back to the kitchen to make fish soup.

"Mom, I'll go to the hospital with you tomorrow. We need to protect our brother ourselves; we can't rely on unreliable outsiders." Tao Chenyang looked at Yang Lin warily.

Yang Lin stared at Tao Chenyang in shock. Why was this little brat trying to put others down?

"I was just worried you'd overthink it," Yang Lin finally managed to say after a while.

For over a year, this child hasn't really paid any attention to me, treating me like a stranger. How come he's suddenly become my enemy?

“Only petty people think that way about others. I’m a straightforward person, and I’m about to have a younger brother. I won’t let you hurt him,” Tao Chenyang said earnestly.

"Am I the child's father?" Yang Lin tried to emphasize his identity.

"Oh, that's great." Tao Chenyang said without any emotion, then carefully helped Wang Chunni up.

Yang Lin thought, "Why do I have this urge to hit the child?"

"Mom, why don't you move back in? I can cook now and take care of you," Tao Chenyang said earnestly.
