Tao Ying's family knew about her pregnancy.
"Okay." Tao Ying took the insulated container.
It contained millet porridge and boiled eggs.
Tao Ying didn't stand on ceremony, took the bowl, scooped out a bowl for herself, and slowly drank it.
Yang Lin, however, had no appetite for drinking.
His eyes were vacant as he stared at the door.
At seven o'clock, Wang Chunni gave birth without much difficulty.
The nurse suctioned the phlegm from the child, weighed him, and then wrapped him in a blanket.
"Mother and baby are safe, weighing 6 pounds 8 ounces." The nurse carried the baby out.
"Mom, Mom, hug me, I'm too ugly." Yang Lin rubbed his numb calves and hurriedly urged Tao Ying.
This was something Yang Lin had planned long ago; his mother-in-law was the most beautiful and capable woman in the family.
"Me?" Tao Ying was taken aback for a moment, but immediately took the little guy.
I looked down at the wrinkled little one in my arms, whose eyes were still closed.
I've never seen anything so ugly, and it probably doesn't look like me.
"Xiao Liu, let's take the baby back to the ward first. Yang Lin, you stay here and wait for Chunni," Tao Ying said, carrying the little one back.
