Chapter 2: Evil Sister-in-law

Just as Xue Guixiang placed the pork bone soup near Lin Qingqing's lips, a rude voice rang out from the doorway: "Mom! Our family barely eats meat all year round, and you're actually giving this delicious pork bone soup to someone else. Do you still have eyes for me, your own daughter?"

Zhou Yuan rushed in like a gust of wind and tried to snatch the pork bone soup from Xue Guixiang's hand.

This is Zhou Zhuo’s sister Zhou Yuan. In her previous life, she opposed the original owner in every way. Later, the conflict between the original owner and Xue Guixiang intensified. In a fit of anger, she secretly ran away to the south and never came back until the original owner died.

However, a month before the original owner died, I heard that she married a truck driver in the south, who had a high salary.

But Zhou Yuan's good days did not last for a few days. The driver died in a car accident, and Zhou Yuan became a widow early.

This family's fate is really bad, even their married daughter is not spared.

"Xiaoyuan, Qingqing is your sister-in-law. She has a high fever. What's wrong with me giving her a bowl of bone soup to nourish her body?"

Xue Guixiang's eyes showed helplessness. It was all her fault as a mother. There was only a little meat in the house, and if she gave it to her wife to eat, she would have no daughter left. She felt very guilty.

Zhou Yuan glanced at her, a sarcastic smile curling up at the corner of his lips. "Mom, you know better than anyone why she has a fever! It's because she's thinking about other men and thinks my brother is a fool and doesn't want to live with him! Marrying a woman like this will only bring disaster. In my opinion, if she doesn't want to live, let her die, so that she won't be cuckolded by my brother in the future!"

Lin Qingqing looked embarrassed. She knew that the original owner had a bad reputation, and the reason why she was willing to marry the poor and stupid Zhou Zhuo had a lot to do with her bad reputation.

More than a month ago, the original owner's boyfriend Lu Yiqing asked her to meet at the straw stack behind the village in the evening. As soon as the original owner arrived, she was dragged into the straw pile by Lu Yiqing. It was dark and she couldn't see anything clearly. The man kissed her fiercely. The original owner felt something was abnormal. Lu Yiqing had always been very cautious. He had never touched her finger when they were on a date. Why was he so impatient today?

Before she could think about it, her clothes were torn off. A bright flashlight shone over and she realized that the person hugging her was not Lu Yiqing, but a widower in the village whose wife had died.

The one holding the flashlight was none other than Lu Yiqing! Her clothes had been ripped open, revealing most of her round shoulders. Even if she had a hundred mouths, she couldn't explain it clearly.

When Lu Yiqing saw the original owner hugging the old widower, his face turned pale with anger and he left angrily.

Later, the news spread and people pointed fingers at her wherever she went. Naturally, Lu Yiqing broke up with her.

Lin Qingqing felt truly sorry for the original owner. This incident was the catalyst for her tragic life, but she never figured it out until her death. Only the two of them knew that place. How had the old widower found it? The time and place couldn't be coincidences. The only possibility was that someone had framed her.

"Xiaoyuan, you are also a member of the Zhou family. What good will it do you to slander your brother like this!" Xue Guixiang felt a pain in her heart.

Zhou Yuan smiled sinisterly: "Mom, Lin Qingqing's reputation is rotten. Only you and my brother treat her like a treasure. I won't coax a vixen! Since I can't drink this bowl of soup, no one else can!"

Bang! Zhou Yuan spat into the bowl viciously and threw it to the ground!

Xue Guixiang was so distressed that she burst into tears. This pork bone soup was meant for her daughter-in-law to nourish her body, but it was wasted like this!

"What a sin! Why did I give birth to such a bastard girl like you? A pound of pork bones costs three cents, you, you..."

The honest person couldn't hold back her anger, and coupled with the exhaustion from the past two days, Xue Guixiang fainted on the ground with her eyes rolled back.
