Xu Xinchen felt a heavy weight in her heart. She gripped the two still-warm bags of food tightly and cautiously walked towards the corner: "Who's there?"
The rustling sound didn't stop, but there was no echo either. Xu Xinchen's heart jumped, and she stopped walking.
The sounds continued to come from that place. Xu Xinchen clenched the thing in her hand, and the ominous premonition in her heart slowly grew. When it reached its peak, she immediately turned around and ran outside without hesitation.
She had only run a short distance when she heard footsteps behind her. Startled, Xu Xinchen quickly turned around and glanced back. She immediately saw several men in black suits running towards her.

They said something else after that, but their voices were so low that Xu Xinchen couldn't hear clearly. From their brief conversation, all Xu Xinchen knew was that these people had kidnapped her on someone else's orders.
She didn't know who the person who wanted to kidnap her was. For some reason, Xu Xinchen's first reaction was to think of the strange woman she had met yesterday afternoon.
The reason is simple: the malice on that woman's face yesterday afternoon was so obvious that it almost felt like a real knife stabbing her. That's why she has this idea now.
No matter how she guessed, she couldn't get a correct answer, so she simply put the question aside and moved her hands and feet to try to break free of the ropes binding her.

The person outside seemed to have finished their call. There was another loud bang, and the door was pushed open again. This time, Xu Xinchen heard footsteps, and two people came in.
A hand reached out to Xu Xinchen and removed the black cloth covering her eyes.
Having been trapped in darkness for so long, Xu Xinchen was initially disoriented when suddenly exposed to sunlight. She blinked a few times before finally feeling a bit better.
Once she could see clearly what was in front of her, Xu Xinchen immediately turned to look at the two men who had kidnapped her. The two men were about the same height, both around 1.8 meters, and they looked quite muscular, with defined muscles on their arms.
Xu Xinchen felt increasingly uncertain as she looked around. It seemed like escaping would be very difficult. Facing these two people, even if she were a man, let alone a woman, it would probably be very difficult for her to defeat them.
One of the men met Xu Xinchen's eyes and immediately flew into a rage, shoving her hard: "What are you looking at! Look again and I'll gouge your eyes out!"
Xu Xinchen's hands and feet were always tied up, and her balance was already poor because of the ropes binding her. Now, with this man pushing her, she lost her balance, tilted her body, and fell to the ground.
