Ling Yuanyuan ignored them and left with Ye Wanying and the others.
"Sheng Mao, what's going on? Who are those two people?" Sheng Fan, the eldest son of the family, asked.
Sheng Yuan suddenly spoke up: "I know them. They sat opposite me on the train. They are a couple."
Sheng Fan, however, sensed something was amiss. The man and woman exuded an unusual aura, and he narrowed his eyes coldly.
"I just hope they have nothing to do with the Ling family!"
The two brothers almost thought of the same thing, exchanged a glance, and Sheng Mao said, "Ling Yuanyuan calls that woman 'sister-in-law.' I heard that there are two younger members of the Ling family working in the military, one in X province and one in Z province. Could it be that one of them has returned?"
Sheng Yuan raised her eyebrows in disdain and said with absolute certainty, "Impossible. I've seen those two many times when I was a child, and they weren't nearly as good-looking."

After Ling Yuanyuan followed Gao Dan and his wife out of the train station, she prepared to say goodbye: "Commander, sister-in-law, thank you for today. I won't disturb you any longer."

Ye Wanying's lips twitched uncontrollably a few more times, then she took a big gulp of water, put the lid back on, and tossed it to the man.
"Here's your reward, remember to hug me tonight!" After saying that, he didn't forget to throw a few free eye rolls.
