"Okay, find something to start a fire, and if they don't come out, we'll suffocate them!" the people outside immediately agreed.
Qin Xiaoyu knew she was doomed; this move was indeed ruthless, and she couldn't withstand it.

She quickly pulled the two children up and put coats on them. She usually wore skirts, but now she hurriedly put on trousers and then an old work uniform over them.

"Don't worry, she's in my hands now, nothing I say will make a difference. Come on, come with me, I'll go see what's so special about the little girl the commander's son has his eye on." The short man waved his hand, and a few lads behind him came over to snatch the child.
Qin Xiaoyu was all alone and powerless. She couldn't protect even one person, let alone two. She watched as Hanhan and her little sister were about to be taken away. She was firmly controlled by the small man and couldn't move at all.
"Call the police! Someone call the police!" Qin Xiaoyu shouted hoarsely. Many lights came on in the nearby houses, but no one came out.

"Brother, what's going on?" Qin Xiaoyu realized something was wrong; it wasn't as simple as the landlord hiring someone to deal with her.
"Never mind that," Qi Si said without turning his head. He stared at the people in front of him, slowly raised his gun, and aimed at one of the henchmen.
"No, this has nothing to do with me!" The henchman panicked and scurried behind the short man. He was too big for the short man to block, so he crouched down, looking rather sleazy.
Qi Si then pointed his gun at another one. These guys had learned their lesson and all stood behind the short guy, making it look like a game of cat and mouse.
The short man's face turned red with anger. Pointing at Qi Si, he said, "If I'm not taking this person back today, you won't get away with it either. We're brothers, so don't blame me for not warning you. She's not the only one messing with her. You can't protect her. There are plenty of women out there. Is it worth throwing away your hard-earned empire for just one?"
“I don’t care if it’s worth it or not. All I know is that I only have one sister in this world, and I’m going to protect her. My two nephews are mine, and no one can touch them. Do you understand?”
"Fine, you've got a tough spot. I won't argue with you. Someone else will talk to you. Let's go, brothers!" The short guy waved his hand irritably and led his group away in a hurry.
Seeing that things were going badly, the landlord had already slipped away.
"Get in the car." Qi Si looked around warily and escorted Qin Xiaoyu and her son to the car. He then went back into the small house and grabbed two bundles.
"Brother, where are we going?"
"Don't ask anymore."
Qi Si gritted his teeth and drove at high speed, dropping Qin Xiaoyu off at her apartment building.
“This house belongs to a friend of mine. He’s not home, so you can stay here for now. Not many people will know.” Qi Si and the others went up to the third floor and handed her a set of keys in front of a door.
"When is your friend coming back?" Qin Xiaoyu asked anxiously.
"He's been sentenced to thirty years, he probably won't be coming back. You can stay here, that house is also a mess, those thugs tremble at the mere mention of his name, no one dares to come looking for you." Qi Si said casually, and Qin Xiaoyu felt a chill run down her spine.
"Brother, it seems things are more serious than I thought. Did you get into trouble today?" Qin Xiaoyu asked worriedly.
"You're only finding out now? You've really messed up. The underworld has heard the news, and someone's after you. Things are okay for now, but if I can't hold out, you'd better leave quickly, head south, you hear me?"

Qin Xiaoyu took it and saw it was a letter of introduction. It read: "This is to inform you that Qi Xiaowu, a villager from our village, is seeking refuge with relatives. Please receive him/her." The letter was signed by a village committee she had never seen before.
"Keep this safe. If you really head south, this is what you'll be relying on. This is your new identity." Qi Si really left this time.
Qin Xiaoyu's heart was pounding. Although Qi Si spoke casually, based on her experience, this matter was probably not that simple.
Qi Xiaowu, she knew whose name it was. Qi Si was protecting her with his life because she was his sister.
