Lu Di, who had been standing behind with a livid face, saw that things were not going well and came over to protect Qin Xiaoyu. With a hook punch, he knocked Xiao Lu backward.

"Call the police! I need to find the police! I can't get up, my legs hurt!" Xiao Lu simply started throwing a tantrum on the ground.
"Xiao Qin, you should go back first." Lu Di tried to escort Qin Xiaoyu out of the encirclement, but Xiao Lu blocked the doorway, preventing anyone from getting through.
"Make way!" Sister Zhang emerged from the crowd and immediately understood what was going on.
"Sister Zhang, you have to be my witness. I got beaten up by Director Lu. I just said something, but you know, he and Factory Director Qin are sleeping in the same bed, are they afraid of what people will say?" This little Lu is up to no good.

"What did you see with your own eyes? It was just locking the door, wasn't it? Isn't that just someone causing trouble? You don't understand what's going on, do you?" Sister Zhang spat.
"A man and a woman alone in a room, what could possibly happen? Don't play dumb!"

Qin Xiaoyu followed Sister Zhang back to her room and whispered a thank you.

"I've never tried this before, so I'm just giving it a try." Qin Xiaoyu grinned. Most people have no resistance to a sunny woman like her.
"Don't worry, I guarantee you'll want to eat there twice after just one visit." The proprietress replied and left.
Qin Xiaoyu is content as long as she has food, especially when she eats something she likes. She is completely satisfied, and the unpleasantness of last night is washed away.
After finishing her meal, she asked for directions to the post office and went there. She needed to make a long-distance call home, which she could normally do at the guesthouse, but after what happened last night, she didn't want to make the call in front of the staff; it felt awkward.
A Lei's voice sounded a little uneasy, perhaps sensing something.
"When are you coming back? I regret not going with you."
"I plan to visit two more cities soon and then head back. If there's a chance, we can travel together. It'll be tiring, but it's better than following the leader." Qin Xiaoyu was being a bit evasive; she wanted to return now, but that seemed like an attempt to cover things up, which wouldn't be good for Lu Di, so she wanted to persevere a little longer.

When Lu Di and Sister Zhang returned to the guesthouse that evening, Qin Xiaoyu learned that Xiao Lu had already run away on his own, and that Lu Di had been driving all day.
"Should I call back and ask someone to come?" Sister Zhang asked cautiously. Lu Di's face was very ugly; he was already suppressing his anger.
"No need, Xiao Qin and I can both drive, we can take turns. We'll rest in the next city, then get another driver, and Xiao Qin can go back then." Lu Di's decision put Qin Xiaoyu under a lot of pressure.
