Lei Tingjun said in the letter that he would come to East China before March 29th.
Before that, he would settle the personnel work for the transport team and the brick factory.
Universities do not have a strict requirement for adult college entrance examination students to live on campus, because many of them are already older and some have already started working.
However, if enrolled students have this need, they can live in the student dormitories provided by the school, just like full-time students, by paying their own accommodation fees.
Upon learning that Lei Tingjun had been admitted, Ji Wanmei wrote to him asking if he would like to stay in the school dormitory when he came to East China University.
Lei Tingjun hadn't considered this issue before. After Ji Wanmei brought it up, he simply replied that they would decide after registering at the school.
Ji Wanmei sensed from his reply that Lei Tingjun didn't really intend to live at the school.
Students admitted through the national unified entrance examination do not need to attend classes at a fixed location on campus; they only need to complete the required number of class hours each week for their major.
Therefore, Lei Tingjun actually had a lot of time to travel back and forth between East China and Pingdong.
After all, he had to balance his career and his studies here.

Ji Wanmei had been waiting impatiently for a long time.
Last year, Lei Tingjun would drive over to see her every weekend. After spending a short day together, they would part ways, and she would watch him leave.
This time, finally, the two of them can enter East China University together.

Lei Tingjun parked his car on the side of the road, jumped out, and strode towards Ji Wanmei.
Today, he specially wore the white shirt and jeans that Ji Wanmei bought for him last time, along with white sneakers. He even got a haircut and shaved his stubble before coming.
This clean and refreshing outfit made Lei Tingjun look more sunny and handsome, especially when he smiled at Ji Wanmei, revealing his white teeth, he really looked just like those male college students.
Ji Wanmei ran towards him in small steps, opening her arms.
Lei Tingjun grabbed her waist and spun her around like he was holding a wisp of drifting cloud.
Ji Wanmei smiled happily, wrapped her arms around his neck, her clear black and white eyes sparkling with laughter, and cupped his handsome face, kissing him twice forcefully: "You're amazing, this is a reward for you!"
“I like this reward.” Lei Tingjun chuckled softly, then grabbed Ji Wanmei’s waist with both hands and lifted her up.
Ji Wanmei took two steps back and looked him up and down with satisfaction: "Hmm, not bad. You look a few years younger dressed like this, and you really do have the feel of a college student."
Lei Jun himself is not used to dressing like that. He still prefers a dark outfit, leather jacket, jeans and leather boots, which are sturdy, durable and dirt-resistant.

On the spacious sports field, a group of male students were sweating profusely, while outside the field, some other students sat in front of the railings watching.
In the green woods of the playground, students walked in twos and threes, carrying books and chatting. Some students rode by on bicycles, their bells ringing softly.
