Cai Yubai sat up and turned his head. At first glance, he didn't recognize the girl standing at the stern of the other ship. She had a thin braid, wore a white long skirt, and had honey-colored skin.
"Brother Xiaobai, I'm Xiaoyu!" The girl said with a smile, pinching a thin braid between her fingers. "I didn't expect to meet you here. I thought I could only see you in faraway J City!"
"Mo Xiaoyu?" Cai Yubai stood up and said hesitantly.
"Yes! My dad drives for Chief Cai!" said the girl named Mo Xiaoyu excitedly.
Cai Yubai went up to the deck, smiled softly, and looked at her, "I haven't seen you for a few years. You've grown up. I almost didn't recognize you! Why are you here?"
Mo Xiaoyu is the daughter of Uncle Mo, the driver of Chief Cai when he was the military commander in Y Province. The two families are very close and live in the same yard. They used to have a good relationship.
