Chapter 676 Investigation Report

She put the computer aside, gently closed her eyes, and considered the current situation.

If "Jiang's Investment" has such management loopholes, what about its other subsidiaries? Could there be other hidden dangers that she is unaware of?

The salaries of employees at the "Jiang Group" are definitely high compared to those in the same industry and job, but human desires and greed are endless.

So after she went to university in Kyoto, she immediately drafted a management plan for "Jiang Li Ji".

She believes that only a sound system can effectively curb the occurrence of certain wrongdoings.

As the company grows, its rules and regulations should be updated in a timely manner to reflect the company's current situation.

Jiang Xiaoli sighed softly, "The Jiang Group has developed too smoothly; people in good times forget to be prepared for unforeseen circumstances."

She opened her eyes and sent a message to Li Anting.

[Jiang Youqian: An Ting, make arrangements. From today until the end of this month, each company will conduct internal self-inspections and rectifications. Any problems should be reported promptly. Starting next month, I will hire a third-party auditing agency to be stationed in each subsidiary.]

[Li Anting: Received!]

[Jiang Youqian: We'll revise the group's rules and regulations based on the review report and prepare in advance.]

After sending the message, she turned off her computer and stretched.

Li Guizhi carried a tray into the room and saw the computer on her bedside table. "I knew that even though your body is idle, your mind can't stay idle!"

She picked up her laptop and said, "Have some snacks and get some rest."

Jiang Xiaoli pinched a piece of pastry and stuffed it into her mouth. "This is so delicious, Mom! You and Aunt Fang are amazing!"

Li Guizhi smiled and tapped her forehead, "You're almost a mother, but you're still like a little kid!"

She said matter-of-factly, "Ayu said I can stay a child forever."

"Hehe." Li Guizhi chuckled upon hearing this. "Only Ayu can spoil you like this."

She proudly pointed to her nose, "Isn't that because your daughter has good taste?"

"Alright, I'm not going to argue with you anymore!" Li Guizhi was too lazy to bicker with her daughter, so she picked up her computer and left the bedroom.

Without the computer, Jiang Xiaoli, who had just eaten some snacks, was overcome by sleepiness and fell asleep within two minutes.

When Zong Jia returned at noon, he found her sleeping soundly and left the room with a smile.

Li Guizhi ladled out the soup and put it down. "Ayu, why didn't you wake Xiaoli up?"

He sat down and said, "Little Pear is sleeping soundly. Let's eat her when she wakes up."

Li Guizhi said worriedly, "I didn't sleep this much when I was pregnant with Xiaoli. Could there be a problem?"

Fang, who was standing nearby, smiled and said, "Third Madam, you're overthinking it. Miss Li's drowsiness is caused by increased hormone secretion in early pregnancy. It's normal and will get better after the baby develops more around four months."

Li Guizhi nodded, "Afang, it's all thanks to you, thank you for your hard work."

A bright smile appeared on Afang's chubby face. "Miss Li is carrying the first baby of the Jiang family's generation. She's very precious. I won't suffer!"

After dinner, Zong Jia returned to the company only after seeing that his wife still showed no signs of waking up.

Jiang Xiaoli slept until two o'clock, and then stretched out her body feeling comfortable.

After moving from the bedroom to the living room, Li Guizhi glanced at her before turning her attention back to the small clothes in her hands.

"Finally awake? Ah Yu came back specially at noon, but you were sleeping soundly!"

She chuckled, "Mom, what are you doing?"

Li Guizhi patted the soft cotton fabric beside her, "These are all cotton fabrics that I carefully selected. They are very soft. I'll make some little clothes for the baby!"

Jiang Xiaoli went to the kitchen and brought over the nutritious meal that had been kept warm for her. "Isn't this a bit too early?"

"Prepare in advance! I don't know if it's my memory that's failing or if times have changed, but your pregnancies are really different from ours back then!" Li Guizhi sighed.

While eating, she acted as the straight man, asking, "How is it different?"

"I was planning to get some cloth diapers for my baby, but yesterday afternoon I heard from my downstairs neighbor that she and her daughter-in-law got into a fight over whether to use cloth diapers or disposable diapers."

What's going on here? Babies used to grow up using cloth diapers, so will disposable diapers still work?

Jiang Xiaoli paused in her eating, then composed herself and began discussing things with her mother.

"The main reason is that disposable diapers are more convenient. With cloth diapers, you have to wash them endlessly every day, and in winter, when the house is heated, they smell bad after being dried."

Li Guizhi frowned, "But I heard that those diapers aren't breathable and have caused a lot of babies to get diaper rash!"

At this moment, Afang came over and said, "Third Madam, you don't need to worry about this problem. Our family has a small factory that produces diapers. Xue has been using them since she was born, and the quality is particularly good!"

Jiang Xiaoli burst out laughing. "Aunt Fang, did Uncle set up this factory specifically for Xue?"

"Hehe." Afang shook her head. "Miss Li, I don't know about that."

Li Guizhi smiled and said, "No matter what, our little baby thanks Aunt Xue for helping her experience it firsthand."

Jiang Xiaoli laughed non-stop, but Afang reminded her, "Miss Li, you must try to keep your emotions stable and avoid extreme joy or sorrow."

Li Guizhi nodded repeatedly, "That's right, that's right. Don't laugh like an idiot. When I was working in the factory, a coworker had a miscarriage after laughing a few times."

The laughter stopped abruptly. "You can even laugh until you miscarry?"

“What do you think!” Li Guizhi said. “That’s why the doctor told you to take good care of yourself for the first three months. I’ve not only seen people miscarry from laughing, but I’ve also heard of people miscarrying from sneezing.”
