Chapter 1939 Falling out

The young man looked at the aircraft, then at Sister Wu's body on the ground. Then he turned to the people from the Academy of Sciences and said in a friendly manner, "We are from the International Rescue Organization. We were asked by someone to pick up a few people. Do you need any help?"

After hearing the young man reveal his identity, the people at the Academy of Sciences no longer doubted them. They had clearly contacted the academy yesterday, and the academy would definitely send a plane to pick them up.

Yesterday they received a notice that the plane encountered a thunderstorm. Now it seems that the Academy of Sciences' plane can no longer reach the desert, so they entrusted a friend to help them.

The security captain immediately extended his hand toward the young man. "I'm Captain Qiao. The leader of our research team is the lady on the ground. She was unfortunately attacked by a venomous snake last night and has died!"

The young man shook the security captain's hand and said, "I'm Jack Chen, and it's an honor to meet you heroes!"

The two sides confirmed each other's identities, the atmosphere suddenly became lively, and everyone expressed their regret for Sister Wu.

Jack Chen pointed at the wreckage of the aircraft and said to the security captain, "Is this the aircraft you found in the desert this time? Did you open the cabin?"

The security captain quickly recounted what had happened, saying that when he discovered the aircraft, the hatch was open.

Jack Chen frowned. He walked to the side of the aircraft and tried to look inside the cabin, as if searching for something. The security captain felt something was wrong and quickly stepped forward to stop him. "Mr. Jack, this aircraft is a national treasure. Private viewing is prohibited!"

"I'm not visiting," Jack Chen smiled and turned around, and suddenly a pistol appeared in his hand. He fired without warning. The security captain covered the wound on his chest in surprise and opened his eyes wide.

"You are not from the International Rescue Organization..." After saying this, the security captain fell to the ground.

The security captain and several security guards were the ones who reacted the fastest, but unfortunately, the other party was well prepared and did not give them any chance to fight back. All the people from the academy were knocked to the ground in an instant.

At Jack Chen's instruction, only Sister Wu's apprentice was left.

Sister Wu's apprentice was only in his twenties and had just graduated from school. He had little social experience and no courage to face evil forces. Seeing his former companions lying on the ground, he was already trembling with fear.

"Tell me again what happened when you saw the aircraft," Jack Chen instructed calmly.

Sister Wu's apprentice stammered and recounted what had happened. Her account was similar to the security captain's, that is, when they arrived, the hatch of the aircraft was already open.

"Aren't you the first group to arrive at the scene?" Sister Wu's apprentice revealed the new situation, which immediately caught Jack Chen's attention.

"Yes, when we arrived here, there were already four tourists next to the aircraft, and the hatch of the aircraft was open!" Sister Wu's apprentice finally spoke a little more fluently.

"What do those four tourists look like? Did they take anything from the aircraft?" Jack Chen's face was grim.

Sister Wu's apprentice was terrified. "I don't know. Anyway, we didn't see anything. Sister Wu chased them away as soon as she saw them. They didn't say much and left very happily!"

At this point, Sister Wu's apprentice also figured it out. Those four tourists must have discovered something, so they walked so smoothly!

Sister Wu's apprentice was lost in thought when she saw Jack Chen suddenly reach out his hand to her.
