Chapter 29 Did you know that your own son is going to die?

Qian Jindou was so angry at his son's words that he almost vomited blood. However, Zhang Lin smiled and gave the boy a thumbs up, which made Qian Jindou even angrier.

"You guys hurry up and leave, leave quickly, or I'll really call the police!" Qian Jindou knew he was in the wrong and had no way to argue. He was also afraid that the more he said, the more mistakes he would make, so he simply pushed Zhang Lin's hand that was clinging to the door frame, intending to force the door shut.

Zhang Lin has been exercising regularly. He is young and strong, and his strength is no match for an old man. His hands seem to be welded to the door. Qian Jindou pushed Zhang Lin's arms a few times, trying to pull the door inward and close it directly, but neither Zhang Lin's hands nor the door moved.

During the standoff between Qian Jindou and Zhang Lin, Yuan Jie said to Qian Jindou in a cold voice, "Did you know your own son is dying? Don't you really plan to go see him? If you had recognized him earlier, he might still be saved!"

Qian Jindou did not respond to Yuan Jie's words. It seemed that all his attention was on the door, as if there was some ferocious beast outside that was about to break into the house.

Seeing his expression, Yuan Jie knew that it was pointless to say more, so she left a message to Qian Jindou: "If you take the initiative to save the child, we can pretend that what happened before never happened and forgive you. If you insist on letting the child die, I will never let you go."

Then he said to Zhang Lin, "Linlin, let go of my hand. Let's go back!"

A door finally separated the two families, and Qian Jindou felt his legs tremble. He didn't know what he was afraid of. Young Yuan Jie looked at the flustered Qian Jindou in her memory. He was completely different from the fearless rogue he had been before.

Perhaps it was because he had initially been certain that Yuan Jie and Sun Aimin would never find their way here. After all, they hadn't left any information at the hospital. Unfortunately, fate had played a trick on them. Yuan Jie and Sun Aimin, with the help of a skilled expert, found a new path and stumbled upon their success.

He can only blame himself for his own injustice. If he were a law-abiding citizen, he wouldn't have given Yuan Jie and Sun Aimin the opportunity to find any clues. In other words, if he could abide by the law, he wouldn't have done such a heinous thing.
