"Let me go! I'm going to beat him to a pulp today!" Ye Jingyu's eyes turned red with anger. Damn it, he had never been beaten before. This was the first time in his life that he had been pinned to the ground and beaten. He was furious!
Zhou Jiahong shoved the bodyguard aside and spat at Ye Jingyu, "Idiot!"
Ye Yuan rushed forward, concerned for Zhou Jiahong, "Zhou Jiahong, are you alright?"
Ye Jingyu: "..."
He was absolutely furious. "Ye Yuanyuan! Don't you have any conscience?! Didn't you see him just pinning me to the ground and beating me?! You don't care about your own brother, but you care about him?!"
Ye Yuan turned her head and glared at her angrily, "You hit him first! You hit him first! You deserve it!"
Ye Jingyu: "..."
Ye Jingyu was so angry he felt like vomiting blood; a breath caught in his throat, and he couldn't speak for a long time.
Ye Yuan ignored him and looked at Ye Jingchuan with red eyes. "Big brother, I'm twenty years old now. I'm not a child anymore. I know it was wrong of me to sneak out without telling you this time, but I'm all grown up now. I'm an adult, and I need complete freedom too. I just came out to see some friends. I was planning to stay for two more days and then go back."
"You brat, how dare you say that? Do you know how worried we've been about you these past few days!" Ye Jingyu roared angrily.
"Shut up! Mind your own business and mind your own business!" Ye Yuan was still angry that he would hit people at the drop of a hat and didn't give him a good look.
The two are twins, a boy and a girl. Ye Jingyu is only eighteen minutes older than Ye Yuan. The two have been bickering since they were little.
Ye Jingchuan glanced at Zhou Jiahong, his eyes deep and thoughtful.
Zhou Jiahong met his gaze without flinching. "What are you looking at? It was your sister who insisted on coming. I'm already being generous by taking the time to spend with her for a few days. And you still have the nerve to cause me trouble? You're really something else."

This was the first time in her life she had seen her older brother get the short end of the stick, and for some reason, she felt a little amused.

This apology was clearly more sincere.
"Alright, for Ye Yuan's sake, I won't hold it against you." Zhou Jiahong glanced at Ye Yuan, ultimately giving her some face.
Ye Jingchuan didn't say anything more, and whispered to Ye Yuan, "Let's go, come back with us."
Ye Yuan pursed her lips. "Big brother, you guys get in the car and wait for me. I want to say a few words to him."
Ye Jingchuan glanced at Zhou Jiahong, then turned and went back to his car.
Ye Jingyu glared angrily at Zhou Jiahong, gave him a warning look, and got into the car.
The two bodyguards tactfully retreated to the front of the car.
Ye Yuan pulled Zhou Jiahong a few steps towards a nearby streetlight. "Zhou Jiahong, are you angry? I'm sorry..."
“I’m not angry. You don’t need to apologize to me. You didn’t do anything wrong.” Zhou Jiahong knew why she apologized, but he didn’t blame her.
"Then, can I still come to visit you in the future?" Ye Yuan couldn't help but feel lost at the thought of parting ways with him.
