It was Qin Zhonghua, the director of the county's criminal investigation bureau.
Yu Qiuying never expected to run into him here. "Oh, Director Qin, it's been so long! I brought my parents here for a medical check-up. What brings you here?"
"I've come to visit an old friend."

Yu Qiuying was finally relieved, but she would still need her parents to come for a check-up every year.
