The operation lasted four hours. The surgeons in charge of the operation room changed three times, the wood-type mutants changed four times, and Wang Yibing almost died several times.
Fortunately, the operation was completed, and Wang Yibing did not die on the operating table. After the operation, Mu Cheng took back the empty bottle of stream water and shouted, "Repair."
Master Yang immediately treated Wang Yibing's wound.
The two doctors took turns performing the operation and were both extremely tired. They didn't even have the strength to walk out of the operating room and just sat on the floor to rest.
The five wood-type mutants also lay down directly due to excessive consumption of their mutant powers.
When new flesh and blood grew back on Wang Yibing's bloody neck, Master Yang withdrew his hand with a pale face. "My supernatural power has been exhausted."
Mu Cheng said, "Then wait until he recovers before continuing. Send him to the sterile observation room first."
Wang Yibing's neck is covered with tender flesh and has no skin. If it gets infected accidentally, it will be a big problem, so he has to be in a sterile observation room.
After Wang Yibing was sent to the sterile observation room, Mu Cheng and his team also walked out of the operating room.
Commander Wang went to meet them and said, "Xiao Cheng, Master Yang, thank you all for your hard work."
No one in the group had the energy to talk to Commander Wang, so they just nodded.
Mrs. Wang didn't have as many expectations as Commander Wang. She just wanted to know how her son was doing. So she walked forward, took Mu Cheng's hand, and asked nervously, "Miss Mu, how is my son?"
"It shouldn't be a big problem. Once Master Yang's powers are restored and his neck is repaired, he'll be out of danger." Mu Cheng looked at Doctor Liu, who had regained some of his spirit. "These patients have had a lot of blood sucked out of them by the tree roots. They need more blood transfusions."
Doctor Liu nodded immediately, "Ms. Mu, I'll take note."
Commander Wang also said, "Xiao Cheng, thank you so much this time."
"It's my duty." Mu Cheng said with a smile, but only she knew that she did this out of a favor owed to Commander Wang.
Commander Wang continued, "Xiao Cheng, regardless of whether my soldier can wake up this time, I owe you and all of you a huge thank you. Feel free to ask for anything you want."
Master Yang said with a smile, "Commander Wang, you don't have to be so polite. You and Commander Jiang care about the people and have built a base for them. This allows us to settle down here and not have to live in fear outside. We are deeply grateful to you. It is our honor to be able to do something for you now."
You can really speak.
Mu Cheng was very disdainful in her heart, but she nodded with a smile on her face to show her agreement, "Yes! Commander Wang, we are honored to be able to help."
Several doctors and wood-type ability users also smiled and nodded, indicating that this was what they should do.
Commander Wang shook his head righteously. "I can't let you help me for nothing. If you don't want to tell me, I'll make the arrangements myself. Anyway, I must thank you very much."
After saying this, Commander Wang looked at Mu Cheng and Master Yang and said, "You two have worked the hardest. Today, in front of everyone, I will agree to one of your requests. As long as the request is reasonable and does not harm the world, I will agree to it. There is no time limit. As long as there are still people in my Wang family alive, it will still count."
This actually satisfied Mu Cheng. "Thank you, Commander Wang."
Master Yang also smiled and thanked him.
After a few more words, Mu Cheng said goodbye and prepared to leave.
She looked around but couldn't find her eldest brother, so she asked Tang Nuo, "Where is my eldest brother?"
"He's going back. He has a mission out of the base tomorrow, so he needs to go back and have a good rest. Let's go! Let's go back first."
Mu Cheng nodded, and the two of them said something to Commander Wang and left.
