Chapter 516 Where is Your Father?

In the afternoon, Lin Mier and Yang Fan went out one after another. After meeting outside, they drove to the Red Star Bar together.

The Red Star Bar was in a corner of the street. When the two arrived, there were already many people inside. Although it was broad daylight outside, the bar was very dark, with dim lights on even in broad daylight.

Yang Fan took Lin Mier and searched around the first floor before finding Cheng Hongwei in a booth in a corner.

Cheng Hongwei was holding a woman in his arms. The woman was in her thirties and had an average appearance. She looked completely different from Wang Shufang.

Lin Mier couldn't understand what Cheng Hongwei was thinking, and she looked down on people like Cheng Hongwei, and was even more unwilling to talk to Cheng Hongwei, but in order to get the answer she wanted, she had no choice but to endure it.

Cheng Hongwei was teasing the woman in his arms and laughing happily when Lin Mier suddenly appeared. He subconsciously pushed the woman away, stood up and looked at Lin Mier with an embarrassed expression.

Cheng Hongwei is not a shameless person, but the girl in front of him is his daughter, so he still has some face in front of his daughter.

Yang Fan walked up to Cheng Hongwei and whispered in his ear, "Uncle Cheng, Mi'er wants to talk to you about something."

Cheng Hongwei nodded, pointed outside, and then took the two of them out through the back door.

The back door of the bar is a quiet alley. After walking out, the noisy music is finally isolated.

Cheng Hongwei looked at Lin Mier excitedly, "Mier, what do you want to talk to me about?"

Cheng Hongwei's excitement made Lin Mier feel sick, and she didn't want to stay here any longer, so she asked directly, "Uncle Cheng, why is my child gone?"

Cheng Hongwei looked unhappy. He was silent for a long time before he asked, "Mi'er, what do you know?"

Lin Mi'er didn't say anything. She knew that something had happened between Cheng Hongwei and Cheng Jiang, but they were father and son after all. She didn't know if Cheng Hongwei would really tell her the truth.

Cheng Hongwei glanced at Yang Fan and said, "Mi'er, can we talk alone?"

"Forget it." After saying this, Lin Mi'er turned around and left. Cheng Hongwei looked at her with a strange look in his eyes and kept calling her Mi'er. In addition, Cheng Hongwei was the kind of man who liked all women. If she stayed alone, who knew what this man would do to her.

Cheng Hongwei hurriedly said, "The child was killed by Cheng Jiang."

Lin Mier stopped.

It's really him.

Is it really him?

Cheng Hongwei continued, "Yang Laosan, the captain you are talking about, was the one who gave Cheng Jiang a talisman. Cheng Jiang put the talisman on your belly at night, and that's when the baby was aborted."

"Why?" Lin Mi'er turned around abruptly, staring at Cheng Hongwei with red eyes. "Why did he do that?"

Cheng Hongwei glanced at Yang Fan again and said, "I can only tell you this."

After saying that, Cheng Hongwei added, "Don't worry, I won't do anything to you, and you don't have to be afraid of me."

"Mi'er, let's go!" Yang Fan walked forward and pulled Lin Mi'er. He couldn't see that there was something wrong in Cheng Hongwei's eyes, so how could he feel at ease letting Lin Mi'er and Cheng Hongwei be alone together.

"Fan, I want to talk to him." Lin Mier pulled back her hand and pointed to the distance. "Wait for me over there. With you watching over him, he won't do anything to me."

Yang Fan was silent for a moment, nodded and walked forward.

Yang Fan was far enough away from here that Cheng Hongwei could not hear their conversation. After making sure that Yang Fan could not hear their conversation, he asked, "Is your mother Lin Peiru?"

The person Lin Mier was most reluctant to mention was that person, but she still nodded and said, "Yes."

Cheng Hongwei asked excitedly, "Where is your father?"

"I don't have a father." Lin Mi'er's tone was very bad. All the memories of her childhood made her uncomfortable, so she was unwilling and didn't want to recall the past.
