Chapter 84 Deliberately Showing Good Will

The night passed quietly.

Before dawn in the morning, the group got up. Qi Fei kicked open the window and jumped out. He pried open the iron door with a dagger. Everyone walked out of the repair shop and started washing and making breakfast.

The people in the other room heard the noise and came out. They saw Tang Nuo standing in the yard washing up, intact. They were frightened and immediately turned around and ran into the house. Then they realized that Tang Nuo was washing up and not turned into a zombie. They breathed a sigh of relief, slowly walked back to the house, and told everyone about it.

The news that Tang Nuo woke up and did not turn into a zombie quickly spread.

After a few people had breakfast and were standing outside to rest, a large group of people came over.

"Mr. Tang, you're awake."

"I heard from Xiao Cheng that Mr. Tang had a fever for the past two days. Is he better now?"

"Mr. Tang should take better care of his health. It's the end of the world now, medicine is hard to find, and people will suffer as well."

"Mr. Tang, I have some cold medicine here. You can try it. It might be effective."

"Mr. Tang, we have some food here. You can try it."

"Mr. Tang, a small token of my respect is not enough."

"Mr. Tang, please accept it."

"Mr. Tang, if it weren't for you, we wouldn't have survived. This is just a token of our gratitude for saving our lives."

A group of people surrounded Tang Nuo, talking non-stop and stuffing all kinds of food into his arms.

Although Tang Nuo was in a coma yesterday, he heard everything clearly and learned what happened from Qin Ziheng and others.

Facing these people's flattering faces, he didn't even smile at them, nor did he say anything polite to anyone.

They tried their best to save these people, but didn't get a single word of gratitude.

Yesterday these people thought he would turn into a zombie and avoid him like a snake or scorpion.

Now that these people have brought things here, they must have some ulterior motives. Tang Nuo doesn't even have the mood to be perfunctory with such people.

Cheng Jiang and his group also rushed over after hearing the news. Seeing that Tang Nuo was indeed fine, Cheng Hongwei glared at Cheng Jiang and greeted him with a smile, "Xiao Tang, you're okay."

Tang Nuo ignored Cheng Hongwei and turned to look at Qin Ziheng and the others. "Pack up and get ready to go."

"Okay." Qin Ziheng responded and went back to the repair workshop with Qi Fei and the others to pack up. Wang Xintong pulled Mu Cheng away with them. Wang Xintong became angry when she thought of what Cheng Jiang said to Lin Mier last night. She wanted to beat someone up. She was worried that Mu Cheng would only be sad if she stayed, so she took him away directly.

From what Tang Nuo said, they were planning to leave at this time, and the others immediately turned around and left.

Cheng Hongwei glanced at Yang Fan, and after Yang Fan and his men left, Cheng Hongwei shamelessly stepped forward and said, "Xiao Tang, I'm sorry about what happened yesterday, but under those circumstances, there was nothing we could do."

Tang Nuo glanced at Cheng Hongwei and said calmly, "Mr. Cheng, don't worry. If I were faced with the same situation, I would make the same decision as you."

Tang Hongwei smiled and said, "Haha! It's great that you can understand, Xiao Tang. Of course, it would be even better if you can get better."

Tang Nuo nodded in response to Tang Hongwei's words.

Cheng Hongwei smiled and asked tentatively, "Xiao Tang, are you planning to leave first? Didn't we agree to leave together?"
