After hanging up the phone, Jiang Ruan's eyes never left the red dot that appeared in front of the car. It was like a firefly emitting a faint light in the night, attracting attention.
"It's just ahead. Oh my, they're still here. They're really bold." The gang leader's palms were sweaty. He would raise his hands occasionally and rub them on his thighs to wipe away the sweat.
It wasn't him who said it. Last time, it was in that spot ahead that I saw the red dot and then I saw the zombies. I didn't expect that after so many days, they would still be here.

He stared straight ahead and rolled up all the windows except the driver's side window.

As the three ran ahead, the two-headed zombie turned around.
It turned out to be a hermaphroditic zombie; no wonder the strange noises it made seemed different.
"Good heavens, he's really ugly!" Qingfeng couldn't help but blurt out, his mouth always acting faster than his brain.
The zombie, which was on the roof of the car, seemed to understand his words and roared as it lunged at him.
"Huh? You dare to bite me? Take this!" He pulled out two guns from his waist and started shooting at the zombie, but it was too fast, and he couldn't hit it with a single shot.
"Qingfeng, get out of the way!" Jiang Ruan casually drew the long sword from his waist and stood in front of Qingfeng, stopping the zombie from scratching him.
Still shaken, Qingfeng gasped for breath, tucked his empty gun into his waistband, and quickly ducked to the side. "I won't thank you enough!"
Although Jiang Ruan stopped it, it seemed to be deliberately charging towards Qingfeng.
When Jiang Ruan finally managed to trap the zombie in one place with her sword, she expressed her doubts to Gu An, "Qingfeng and this zombie have some connection, right? Why are you only looking for him?"
Gu An looked deeply at Qingfeng, noticing a faint glow emanating from his chest. He raised an eyebrow, understanding dawning on him, "The jade pendant!"
"Hmm?" Hearing this, Jiang Ruan also looked over, but as soon as she turned her head, because she had loosened her grip a bit, the zombie broke free, its two heads shaking back and forth, its necks stretched out long, and even tangled together, looking both comical and terrifying.
When the zombie was subdued once again, in order to confirm his suspicions, Gu An called to Qingfeng to take out the jade pendant and place it in front of the zombie.
