Seizing the opportunity, Su Yao unleashed a powerful spatial blade, severing several of the mutated octopus's tentacles. In pain, the mutated octopus burrowed beneath the ice and escaped.
Su Yao led her family away from the lake and continued towards the safe house. Along the way, they encountered several more minor dangers, but managed to overcome them all unscathed. Finally, the safe house appeared before them. A warm feeling welled up in Su Yao's heart. Although this journey to stockpile supplies had been full of hardships, they had all returned safely, bringing back valuable supplies.
