Su Yao slowly awoke from her unconsciousness, finding herself in a strange, shimmering space. The indistinct voices gradually became clearer, seemingly ancient guidance, telling of a secret place hidden deep within the frigid apocalypse—the Eye of Doomsday. Legend has it that it possesses the core energy to restart the world's life, but it is also protected by unimaginably terrifying forces.
Su Yao steadied herself, a deeper desire to change the world igniting within her. She clenched her fists, using her supernatural abilities to perceive the surrounding spatial structure, attempting to find a way out of this strange space. After some exploration, she discovered a subtle change in the flow of energy in a certain direction. Following this clue, she successfully escaped the space of light.
Back in the real world, Su Yao found herself not far from the ruins of a skyscraper. She had no time to linger; guided by the system's location of the "Eye of Doomsday," she headed towards her goal. Along the way, the already harsh environment became even more bizarre, with strange, colorful streaks of light flashing across the sky, staining the snow and ice in her path with vibrant hues.
As she approached the area where the "Eye of Doomsday" was located, the surrounding temperature plummeted, even her fire powers struggled to withstand it. Numerous massive ice fissures appeared on the ground, emanating a ghostly blue light. Suddenly, a torrent of icy mist surged from the fissures, within which figures flickered indistinctly.
As the icy mist dissipated, a group of ice sprites radiating blue light appeared. Small in size yet incredibly fast, they wielded ice blades and attacked Su Yao. Su Yao used her wind-elemental ability, creating a whirlwind around herself to try and stop the ice sprites from getting closer. However, the ice sprites nimbly weaved through the whirlwind, relentlessly attacking with their ice blades.
Su Yao retrieved a whip with both lightning and fire attributes from her spatial storage and swung it towards the swarm of ice sprites. Wherever the whip struck, lightning and flames intertwined, repelling some of the ice sprites. However, the ice sprites seemed tireless, surging forward wave after wave. Su Yao frowned; she observed that the ice sprites would pause briefly during their attacks to gather their power, and she decided to exploit this opening.
When the ice sprites attacked again, Su Yao seized the opportunity, unleashing a powerful burst of energy to blast away the surrounding ice sprites, then swiftly rushed to their rear. There, she found an ice pillar radiating powerful energy, which she guessed was the source of the ice sprites' power. Su Yao concentrated all her energy and attacked the ice pillar. Cracks appeared in the pillar under the powerful attack, and the ice sprites immediately panicked.
Taking advantage of the situation, Su Yao dealt with the remaining ice sprites and continued deeper into the lake. Ahead, a vast ice lake appeared, with a small island in the center. On the island stood a building radiating intense light, which should be the location of the "Eye of Doomsday." However, the seemingly calm ice lake actually concealed dangers, with huge energy fluctuations emanating from its waters.
As soon as Su Yao stepped onto the frozen lake, enormous ice tentacles emerged from the water, attempting to drag her in. Su Yao used her fire powers to incinerate the approaching ice tentacles. But more ice tentacles surged in from all directions, and she also noticed some enormous figures swimming in the lake.
Su Yao devised a plan. Using her spatial abilities, she created spatial traps above the frozen lake. When the ice tentacles attacked again, she deliberately lured them into the traps, successfully trapping some of them. Then, she used her wind abilities to glide across the lake, quickly moving towards the island.
Just as she was about to reach the island, a huge figure burst from the lake—a massive ice dragon. The ice dragon opened its gaping maw and spewed an extremely cold aura towards Su Yao. Su Yao quickly used her freezing power to create an ice wall in front of her to block the cold. But the ice wall soon cracked, and Su Yao knew she couldn't withstand it head-on.
Taking advantage of the brief pause after the ice dragon's attack, she circled around to its side and struck its eyes with her whip. The ice dragon, enraged by the attack, became even more ferocious, its tail sweeping towards Su Yao. Su Yao nimbly dodged, while continuously attacking the ice dragon's weak points with her whip. After a fierce battle, Su Yao finally defeated the ice dragon.
Upon reaching the island, Su Yao headed towards the building. The building's doors were tightly shut, covered in mysterious runes. Using knowledge from ancient texts and her own special abilities, Su Yao attempted to decipher the runes. After some effort, the doors slowly opened, the light inside almost blinding her. She knew the key to changing the world lay here; she mustered her courage and stepped inside.
