Su Yao was getting closer and closer to the safe house, but her unease grew stronger. Just a short distance from the safe house, the sky suddenly darkened, dark clouds gathered, and lightning flashed and thunder roared. Su Yao tried to avoid the vortexes, but they seemed to be alive, constantly shifting and blocking her path.
Su Yao channeled her supernatural power, creating a rotating energy shield around herself in an attempt to resist the vortex's pull. She rushed towards the gap between the two vortexes, but just as she was about to pass through, a bolt of purple lightning struck the nearby ground, the powerful impact sending her flying. "I can't fall here!" Su Yao gritted her teeth and stood up again. Seizing the opportunity, when there was a brief gap in the lightning and vortex attacks, she exerted her strength again and sprinted towards the safe house.

As energy was injected into the crystal, the protective light barrier of the safe house became more robust, and its color changed from purple to bluish-purple. But everyone knew that this was only temporary safety. Su Yao looked at her family and said firmly, "We can't just passively defend ourselves. We must find the source of this apocalypse and end all of this completely."
Looking at her, her family's eyes ignited with hope. They knew the road ahead was long, filled with unknowns and dangers, but as long as they stood together, they had a chance to overcome anything.
