Han Lie was anxious and didn't say anything to his grandfather. He picked up Shangguan Wan and ran to his room.

Han Lie was still wondering which one he was playing with, but it was unknown.
Only then did he let down his guard and looked at her tenderly, waiting and expecting.
Shangguan Wan suddenly opened her eyes, frowning tightly, and grabbed Han Lie's arm with her jade hand. The nails of her palm directly dug into Han Lie's flesh. The sweat beads that had just been wiped clean now appeared again and wet her hair, sticking to her face. "It hurts!"
"Bear with it, bear with it." Han Lie immediately stood up when Shangguan Wan made any movement, bent down and kissed Shangguan Wan's forehead.
"Ah" Shangguan Wan's abdomen suddenly tightened, and she screamed in pain. Then a large area of blood appeared between her legs. Han Lie's pupils suddenly tightened when he saw the red blood. His other hand clenched tightly, but it was still shaking. His whole body began to shake. His other hand held Shangguan Wan tightly, as if she would disappear if he let go.
The midwife outside heard Shangguan Wan's cry and immediately pushed the door open to see Shangguan Wan arching her body in pain, with blood all over her body. It looked like she was about to give birth.
"Get out, I want to check," the old woman said to Han Lie.
"No, I want to look at her, you check yours." Han Lie didn't even look at the doctor, his eyes full of bloodshot staring at Shangguan Wan.
After the old woman finished cleaning, she checked Shangguan Wan and said, "The cervix is fully dilated. I just felt the baby's position and it's normal. Let's put her in the bathtub now and have a water birth. By the way, do you have any chocolate? Prepare it to feed her when you're tired later." The old woman arranged things slowly.
Han Lie's mind was blank now, and he could only do whatever the old woman said.
The water in the bathtub was always prepared by them, and someone was always boiling water. When the water in the bathtub got cold, someone would change it. So when Shangguan Wan went in, her whole body was surrounded by warm water, which made her feel much more relaxed.
"When you feel a heaviness in your stomach, push hard. If you don't, rest. Don't be nervous and breathe easily." The old woman slowly guided Shangguan Wan.
"Go find two helpers to come in and hold the child. You can go out now." The old woman thought about it and let Han Lie go out.
"I won't go out. I want to stay with her. Lone Eagle's mother and the others will be in soon. It's okay, you don't have to worry about me. I need to watch over her to feel at ease." Han Lie shook his head and refused to go out. As for the so-called phobia of childbirth, it was not as important to him as Shangguan Wan.

After the lone eagle mother and the old eagle mother came in, they waited outside the bathroom and did not go in. They were waiting to hold their babies.

"Ah." Shangguan Wan's face turned red from holding it in.
Han Lie's eyes became even more red, and the tears in the corners of his eyes could not stop flowing down his knife-like face. He didn't even have time to wipe them away. He watched Shangguan Wan suffer with heartache, but he could do nothing.
"Wow~" a cry broke through the sky.
"The boy is very healthy. I'll wash him and take him out first." The old woman held the crying child and washed him. Han Lie took a look at the red little man and then looked at Shangguan Wan with concern.
Shangguan Wan leaned weakly against the bathtub, looking at the tiny, soft little thing, her heart softened. She wanted to hug him, but she was too tired. Han Lie saw her thoughts and took the child, who had just been wrapped in a swaddle, and kissed him. After letting Shangguan Wan kiss him, he took him to the arms of the eagle mother at the door. Then he returned again.
When he returned and saw Shangguan Wan with shallow breathing, he was shocked and said, "Wanwan, you can't sleep, I won't allow you to." He thought Shangguan Wan was dying, so he slapped Shangguan Wan's face and shouted loudly.
"Why are you shouting? She's just tired. Let her rest and prepare to give birth to the next one," the old woman looked helplessly at the man who was usually so calm, but now he was as anxious and hurried as a child, without any calmness on his face.
"Oh" Han Lie's mouth twitched, he thought he was wrong.
"Hmm...ah" Shangguan Wan cried out again, but this time it was much better than before, not as painful. Shangguan Wan was exhausted and had almost no strength left.
"No, feed him a chocolate. If he doesn't exert any strength now, he will suffer from oxygen deprivation. Hurry up!"
After Han Lie fed Shangguan Wan a few chocolates, Shangguan Wan finally recovered. Thinking that the child might be suffering from hypoxia, she took out a glass of water with her right hand and started drinking. However, after just three or four sips, her abdomen felt bloated again. Based on her previous experience, she successfully gave birth to the baby this time.
The "wa" cry was not as loud as the first one, but it was also a very vital cry.
"It's a girl, very healthy." After the old woman cleaned the child, she took her out directly because Shangguan Wan had completely fainted.

Han Lie helped Shangguan Wan clean up, carried her to bed, and only after she fell asleep peacefully did he go out to take a look at the two little ones.
