Chapter 509: Tracking, Assassination, and Counterattack
Yao Tao left the dock, and the merchant's people followed behind.
She quietly counted them and found that there were seven people in total, all dressed as ordinary survivors.
But their eyes betrayed them.
Ordinary survivors would not have such sharp eyes as theirs.
These people just have a few big words written on their faces: We are not good people, we want to kill people.
Perhaps because they thought Yao Tao was just a woman, they did not regard her as a strong opponent, and even their tracking of her was very casual.
Yao Tao had originally agreed with Bai Lin to meet at the dock of the Ark. Now with these people following her, she decided to go into the jungle first to lead them away.
She walked calmly in front, and these people followed behind, getting closer and closer.

"Stop!" A man's voice came from behind.

The six men pulled out their guns and pointed them at her.

The other five opened fire simultaneously.
But it missed.
Yao Tao approached the other person and stabbed the dagger in his hand accurately into his chest.
He killed both of them in the blink of an eye.
The seventh person who was lurking in the dark was setting up a sniper rifle on a tree in the distance, aiming at Yao Tao.
But Yao Tao was too fast and he couldn't aim at her even after aiming for a long time.
Suddenly the branch he was standing on shook, and it seemed as if something heavy had fallen behind him.
He thought it was a mutant bird that had landed to attack him, but when he turned around he saw a thin young man standing there.
His slender body weighed less than the mutant bird, but he somehow managed to climb up when he was completely unprepared.
The man reached for his pistol at his waist.
The young man waved his hand casually, and the man suddenly felt his gaze begin to fall.
When he fell from the branch, he found that his lower body was still on the tree... and it was his upper body that fell down.
In his last moments, he only managed to utter a puzzled "Huh?"
After Bai Lin killed the sniper, his body quietly disappeared from the spot.
When he appeared again, he came to Yao Tao.
Yao Tao had already taken care of four people by this time, and the remaining two were shooting frantically, trying to stop her from getting close.
Bai Lin's sudden appearance startled them.
Just as Bai Lin was about to raise his hand, Yao Tao quickly shouted, "Don't kill them, leave me one alive."
Bai Lin hesitated for a moment, but still raised his hand.
The next second, the two men split apart.
Yao Tao looked melancholy.
She originally wanted to keep someone alive to ask about the business before the boss arrived, but the boss wiped out the entire group as soon as he arrived.
Yao Tao came to those people, took away their weapons, and even the supplies in their pockets.
He took another tentative breath.
Very good, completely dead.
"Didn't I tell you to leave him alive?" she said helplessly.
Bai Lin's eyes were clear, "What do you mean by alive?"
Yao Tao held his forehead.
Well, it was all her fault. She should have told him more directly: Don't kill them all, leave one person alive, I want to question him...
But with so many words, there was no time to stop the boss's ability.
It only takes a blink of an eye for the boss to kill anyone he wants.
