Chapter 134: Stone Monster Attacks the City; Joins the Battle (2/2)

Sudden.

Red warning lights began to flash in the Purple Sapphire City.

It was the highest level warning signal of Purple Gem City.

Although Barron was simple-minded, he still understood the importance of Amethyst City, and he still left about one-fifth of his troops there.

There were about five hundred warriors and knights.

As soon as the red light began to flash, Lucifer, sensing something was wrong, quickly jumped out of the window and began collecting intelligence about the city for Ryan.

Andre and Tali, who were on guard in the living room, looked at the red light with their muscles slightly tensed.

Inside the room, Ryan and Qitra looked at each other in confusion at the red light, and quickly began to clean up.

After everyone hurriedly packed up, Ryan waved at Charlie and Mia who had fainted on the bed.

Charlie and Mia disappeared from the room along with their bed, and the next moment they appeared in Ryan's secret palace.

Then he and Qitra opened the door and walked out.

Looking at the three people standing ready in the living room, Ryan spoke to Lucifer.

"What's going on now?"

"Master, the worst-case scenario you predicted has happened. A group of stone monsters have surrounded the Purple Gem City and appear to be planning an attack."

"There are only about 500 guards in the city right now. They can't hold out for much longer. Master, let's leave Purple Gem City right now."

Listening to Lucifer's words, Ryan frowned, thought for a while and then sighed.

"Oh, well, it seems like Greta and I are not meant to be."

After saying this, Ryan, who had made up his mind, immediately prepared to leave the city with his group.

Just after Ryan and his companions flew into the sky through the window, the stone monster began to attack the city.

Even the people in the sky could faintly feel the vibration caused by the stone monster hitting the city wall.

The group no longer hesitated and flew out of the city.

Because they could fly and had Ryan's concealment magic, Ryan and his group quickly flew out of the Purple Gem City.

Looking at the densely packed stone monsters outside, even the battle-hardened Andre took a deep breath.

"Young Master, with so many stone monsters, even though their levels aren't very high, they can still kill a fifth-level one if they drag them down."

Tally next to him nodded slightly in agreement with Andre's statement.

Looking at the monsters attacking the city, Ryan narrowed his eyes.

Perhaps seeing the pity in Ryan's eyes, Qitra stepped forward and hugged Ryan's arm.

"Ryan, there's nothing we can do."

Listening to Qitra's words, Ryan looked towards the crumbling Purple Gem City.

At this moment, a team of knights caught his attention.

A team of ten knights suddenly rushed out of the city and began to break through the encirclement of the stone monsters.

Faced with the endless stone monsters, they were not afraid at all and just fought blindly.

During the breakout, the ten-man team was pulled off their horses and killed one by one by the stone monster.

Finally, after eight people died, one of the team finally broke out of the encirclement.

Seeing the man break out, Ryan breathed a sigh of relief.

But the next moment, Ryan saw two men in black robes appearing from the forest and attacking the people who broke out of the encirclement, and he shouted.

“Andre!”

The next moment, Andre fell from the sky to the ground like a cannonball, blocking the two men in black robes.

When the smoke cleared, the two men in black looked at Andre, who had the fifth-level aura in front of them, with their pupils trembling, and immediately ran away.

But how could Ryan let them do as they wished? He had already brought Tali to block them.

Looking at the two angry church members, Ryan's face was grim.

"Kill them."

Andre and Tally attacked instantly, leaving the man with almost no chance to resist and was killed directly by Andre alone.

The two knights who broke out frowned at Ryan and his men, wondering whether they were friends or enemies.

Looking at the fear and calmness in the eyes of the two knights about going to die, Ryan roared.

"What are you still standing there for? Go get help!"

The two knights were slightly stunned upon hearing this, and immediately performed a knight's salute to Ryan before heading towards the purple gemstone vein in the southeast.

Watching the man's departing figure and stepping on the 'pest', Ryan looked towards the Purple Gem City.

"Since someone has gone to ask for help, I'm sure someone will come soon."

"In that case... let's delay it for a while."
