Chapter 331: Harris, the Master of Face Changing (1/2)

After the gatekeeper ordered someone to inform everyone, it was naturally impossible for him to let Ryan stand outside the door all the time.

So the servant led Ryan into a waiting room in the manor villa and asked Ryan to wait for the master there.

Not long after Ryan sat down, Harris pushed the door open and walked in. When he saw Ryan, he smiled heartily.

"Haha, Master Ryan, you came at the right time. I just finished refining the medicine."

Harris's face showed some fatigue. It was obvious that refining the Medea potion had exhausted even this master-level pharmacist.

"Good evening, Lord Harris. Seeing you so happy, I guess the potion was very successful."

Seeing Harris walk into the room, Ryan stood up from the sofa and said.

Harris chuckled, pressed his hand towards Ryan, and said, "Sit down, Ryan. You're welcome."

Ryan and Harris sat on two sofas facing each other, and Harris smiled.

"Master Ryan is right. Although the Medea Potion is complicated and tedious, I was able to successfully refine it with my extensive experience in alchemy."

After saying that, Harris took out a flat suitcase from the magic ring and placed it on the coffee table in the room.

Harris opened the black and gold suitcase, gently turned it in his hand, and pointed the open suitcase towards Ryan.

Harris said.

"Master Ryan, this is the Medea Potion. I have refined four bottles in total. Apart from the one bottle of potion that Lord Chenford told me was the reward, the remaining three bottles of Medea Potion are all here."

"This batch of medicine is of extremely high quality. While my skills are one of the factors, the main reason is the high medicinal power of the Medea flower."

"Master Ryan, please take a look."

Ryan looked at the three bottles of red potion in the suitcase, then leaned forward on the sofa and reached out to take out a bottle of Medea potion from the suitcase.

Ryan squinted his eyes and looked at the glass bottle in his hand. After getting the affirmative answer from Isa in his mind, Ryan smiled and nodded.

"Master Harris's reputation as a Grandmaster Pharmacist is truly well-deserved. These potions are indeed of the highest quality."

Harris chuckled, very pleased with Ryan's praise.

"Master Ryan, please put this box away. Please tell your father, Lord Ford, that I, Harris, have fulfilled my mission."

Ryan smiled as he closed the suitcase, locked it, and put it into his magic device.

"Don't worry, Lord Harris. I will definitely convey your message."

"Oh, by the way, I have something else I want to discuss with you, Lord Harris."

There was a hint of doubt in Harris's eyes.

"What does Master Ryan want to discuss with me? Feel free to ask."

Ryan smiled and said, "I want to ask you for someone."

Hearing this, Harris thought that Ryan had taken a fancy to one of the maids beside him and laughed.

"Master Ryan, please speak."

But what Ryan said next made Harris stunned.

"Lord Harris, the person I want is: Alvis."

Harris recovered from his daze and said half-jokingly.

"Could it be that Alves did something to displease you, Master Ryan? If so, I apologize on his behalf."

Ryan shook his head. "No, it's just that I'm impressed by Alves's talent and want to recruit him."

Harris stared at Ryan for a while, his face suddenly turned cold, and said.

"Master Ryan, you're asking too much. Alves is my right-hand man, helping me manage the vast Eserlon. He's my butler."

"You're asking for it just by talking. It's a bit unreasonable."

Ryan had long anticipated Harris's change of attitude and was not surprised by it.
