There aren't many trees in the valley; they stand quietly in various parts of the valley, their emerald green leaves swaying gently in the breeze.
Because it's a valley, with low mountain walls providing shade, the midday sun isn't scorching or glaring, making it perfect for a short rest.
It was the first time the maids had ever been to such a beautiful place. The twenty maids who had just gotten off the carriage were stunned by the dreamlike scene before them.
Even Stephania was slightly lost in thought as she gazed at the dreamlike atmosphere before her.
"Do you like it?" Renn asked the beautiful woman beside him with a smile.
Stephania nodded: "Yes, it's beautiful. It's the most beautiful place I've ever seen."
Ryan said, "That's why I say, getting out and about more is good for your physical and mental health."
"Alright, my little darlings, let's get moving," Renn said to the maids beside him.
"Yes, sir."
Twenty maids immediately sprang into action, like a group of nimble elves, quickly spreading out a huge picnic blanket on the flattest grass by the stream.
The picnic blanket was large, with half in the sun and the other half in the shade of a nearby tree.
The maids then took out several food boxes from their magical artifacts and set up a grill next to the picnic blanket.
Even the maids brought some tea sets and arranged them properly on the picnic blanket.
Ryan led Stephania slowly to the picnic blanket and said:
"This secret realm is very large. You can explore it more when you have time. Although I am the owner of the secret realm, I cannot know all the particularly good places."
"This place is called 'Picnic Valley' because it was discovered by two adventurers, one big and one small, and they named it. I thought it was good, so I didn't change it."
Stephania smiled and nodded: "I will."
The two sat on a picnic blanket, and soon the maids brought freshly roasted meat to them.
After eating some roasted meat and bread, Renn led Stephania and the maids in playing some games from Earth.
Blindfolded tag, eagle catching chicks, etc...
Time passed slowly, and the beautiful afternoon quickly slipped away from the valley, leaving behind thick, fiery clouds on the horizon.
Stephania nestled in Renn's arms, a hint of rapture in her eyes as she gazed at the sunset over the valley.
"Did you have fun today?" Renn asked, holding Stephania and looking at the maid lying on the grass.
The maids, thinking Renn was asking them a question, rose one by one from the grass:
"Happy~"
"Today is the happiest day ever!"
Stephania nodded: "Yes, I haven't experienced this kind of life in a long time, no! Maybe never."
Ryan hugged Stephania and laughed, "Alright, let's not think about the past anymore, let's look forward."
"What does it matter if it never happened before? There will be a second time, a third time, and I'll bring other people with me then."
"You must get along well with them."
Stephania nodded: "Yes."
As the sun sets, the stars gradually come into view.
Renn lay on the meadow with Stephania, gazing at the twinkling stars in the sky, until late at night before using his permission to lead the group back to the palace.
