Chapter 642 My Lord! It's him! (1/2)

Chapter 642 My Lord! It's him! Lucifer merged into Renn's shadow, and Renn, wearing the Unknown Mask, successfully flew into Radiant City.

As always, Renn walked into the street from a small alley in the city.

Renn changed into the brown adventurer's clothes he had worn before, but Lucifer's influence remained.

As soon as he stepped into the street, Renn sensed an atmosphere different from when he entered other major cities.

About 60% of the pedestrians on the street were wearing emerald green robes, a style that clearly belonged to believers of the Healing Church.

Although Raine's brown adventurer's outfit stood out in the crowd, it wasn't unique.

He walked out onto the street and observed the shops on both sides.

After finding a shop called 'Spark Cartography Studio', Ryan pushed open the door and went inside.

Inside the shop, the walls are covered with all sorts of maps, in a wide variety of styles, including parchment maps, magic maps, jade information maps, and so on.

"Good morning, guest. May the god of healing protect you. Is there anything you need?"

The shop owner, like the believers of the Healing Church on the street, wore a bright green robe.

Seeing someone visiting the shop, he smiled and walked up to Renn to ask.

"Good morning, I'd like to buy an older map."

"An old map?" The middle-aged male boss raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, as you can see, I am an adventurer who loves adventure. So I want to buy an old map to see if I can find the place I want to explore."

Ryan explained with a smile.

Upon hearing this, the middle-aged man suddenly realized what was happening and nodded, saying:

"Oh, I see. I'll help you look for it."

As he spoke, the shop owner walked behind the counter and squatted down, looking for something.

Soon, the man placed four dusty, rolled-up maps on the counter.

"These maps are from decades ago, you can take a look."

Raine picked up a map, opened it, fanned away the dust, and spread the map out on the counter to examine it.

With his powerful mental strength, Raine finished examining the entire map in less than a minute.

Unfortunately.

He did not find the location of Sandstone Village on the map.

Renn rolled up the map again and opened the second map to take a look...

Soon, after reviewing all four volumes of the map, Raine still couldn't find the location of Sandstone Village.

"What? This is a map from fifty or sixty years ago, it's old enough, aren't you interested?" the shopkeeper asked when he saw Renn frown.

Renn shook his head, rolled up the map in his hand again, and looked at the boss, saying:

No.

Then Raine asked, "Does the boss know of a village called Sandstone Village in the Radiant Province?"

Upon hearing this, the boss was taken aback, and his gaze towards Renn became subtle. He shook his head and said:

“Sandstone Village? Never heard of it. I know about Yellowstone Village though.”

"You can check other cartography shops; I've never heard of any here."

Ryan nodded: "Okay, thanks."

The shop owner shook his head without saying anything and quietly began tidying up the maps on the counter.

Ryan pushed open the door and left the shop. As soon as he stepped out, he saw another cartography shop not far away.

Renn pushed the door open again and went inside.

Just as Renn was examining the old map in the shop, the shop door was suddenly pushed open.

Renn frowned and looked at the store entrance.

The owner of the Starfire Cartography Museum, following behind a heavily armored paladin, glanced at Renn and then pointed at him, saying to the paladin beside him:
