Chapter 2: Making hair ornaments and clothing to earn money in the countryside

Yue Yue was extremely anxious at the moment and had no time to care about those people. She trotted all the way to the textile factory.

Along the way, her heart was in her throat, afraid that she would miss something important.

Finally, breathless, Yue Yue arrived at the gate of the textile factory. Without stopping, she eagerly searched the crowd for her mother-in-law.

Soon, she found her mother-in-law busy selling defective cloth.

Yue Yue rushed to her mother-in-law in two steps and without saying a word, handed over the steaming and fragrant meat bun in her hand.

My mother-in-law was stunned at first, then a smile of surprise appeared on her face. Several employees around her also cast envious glances at the alluring aroma.

Seeing this, Yue Yue generously took out a few more meat buns from the bag and distributed them to the employees.

Everyone took the buns and ate them with big mouthfuls, praising them non-stop: "Oh my, you really have raised your daughter well! You are so lucky to have such a filial and sensible daughter!"

When my mother-in-law heard this praise, she was so happy that her mouth almost reached her ears.

Everyone ate with gusto, and the atmosphere suddenly became relaxed and happy.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, everyone took extra care of Yue Yue.

They generously took out piles of small defective cloth and gave them to Yue Yue, and whispered to her: "Anyway, the treatment methods for these defective cloths are relatively flexible, so we will turn a blind eye to them. You can use them!"

Yue Yue was moved to tears and thanked him repeatedly.

Finally, she picked out a large bag of defective cloth that she was satisfied with. After paying, she said goodbye to her mother and left in a hurry.

She ran to a remote and deserted corner in one breath. After looking around to make sure there was no one around, she waved her arm lightly.

The large bag of defective cloth disappeared without a trace in an instant and was stored in the space.

After doing all this, Yue Yue clapped her hands, breathed a sigh of relief, and then turned and walked towards home...

She carefully gathered the colorful, soft scraps of cloth, secretly thinking about how to turn them into gorgeous hair flowers.

For her, this little creative project is full of fun and challenges.

The remaining defective fabrics, which she carefully dyes, are then used to create a series of unique and fashionable garments.

Speaking of fashion design, it has always been her favorite.

With her strong interest and the experience and skills accumulated over the years, making these small and exquisite gadgets is a piece of cake for her.

She closed her eyes and recalled every detail of her past life, and those memories of beauty flooded into her heart like a tide.

So she began to work, stitch by stitch, patiently and meticulously weaving the flower of her dreams.

Soon, a bunch of exquisite hair flowers appeared before my eyes.

These head flowers are colorful, red like fire, pink like clouds, yellow like gold... each one exudes charming brilliance.

Moreover, its style is novel and unique. What is even more rare is that every detail, whether it is the shape of the petals or the embellishment of the stamens, is handled just right, showing its exquisiteness and delicacy.

When her mother-in-law came home from get off work, she happily handed the head flowers she had carefully made to her mother-in-law, and asked her mother-in-law to help pass them on to the superiors of the textile factory to see if they were willing to purchase this batch of head flowers.

Because she knew very well that if she could get the recognition and support of the textile factory, she could directly open up a vast market.

She doesn't have to go out and exchange things with others, which can save her a lot of effort and time.

My mother-in-law took the hairpin and was instantly attracted by the beautiful works in front of her.

She held it in her hands, turning it over and over, admiring it, her eyes revealing an unconcealable love.

Sure enough, no matter how old she is, every woman has a love for beauty deep in her heart!

My mother-in-law couldn't help but exclaimed: "Oh my, this hair flower is so beautiful! I have never seen such a beautiful hair flower in my life!"

She smiled and said, "Mom, this is my masterpiece! I hope you like it."

My mother-in-law nodded and said, "Yes, I like it very much. But how much do you want to buy this flower?"

She said, "Mom, I haven't thought about this question yet. How about we go ask the head of the textile factory first?"

My mother-in-law agreed and went to see her leader with the hairpin.

The remaining defective fabric was made into a braided skirt by her because of the color combination she chose.

Those dresses were beautiful and fashionable, yet understated; very suitable for the current situation in the 1970s.

My mother-in-law was brought to the textile factory. The factory manager was a fashionable woman.

When she saw these beautiful clothes and hair ornaments, she simply couldn't let them go, and she quickly finalized the cooperation.

I bought the production rights of these sets of clothes from Yue Yue.

She and her superiors agreed that the copyright fee for Yue Yue would be 1,500 yuan.

I also promoted my mother-in-law. Now she works in an office and doesn't have to work so hard in the workshop every day.

Yue Yue said to her mother happily, "Mom, this is good now. You can finally relax a little."

The mother looked at her daughter with gratitude and said, "It's all because of you. Thank you, my good child."

Yue Yue smiled and said, "Mom, this is all the result of your own efforts. I just helped a little bit."

The mother shook her head and said, "No, you helped a lot. Without you, our family wouldn't have changed so much now."
