Chapter 188 Wang Dagui curled his lips. Didn’t he see that his father-in-law was still here?

Around 11 a.m., amid the clanging of the train, Wang Dagui pushed open the door of the compartment and said to the people inside, "Get ready. The train will arrive in about ten minutes. If you need to use the restroom, go now!"

Turning around, Wang Dagui looked at Wang Cuilan again, "Xie Zheng's people should be outside to pick us up later, so please keep an eye on us."

Wang Cuilan nodded, "I understand."

The train arrived at the station soon, the doors opened, and the crowds of people rushed out, jostling and pushing each other.

Wang Cuilan's family has children, so they didn't want to squeeze with those people and got off the bus a little later.

As soon as they got off the car, they saw Xie Zheng with his back to them not far away.

The man had an upright posture and a very imposing aura. Just standing there gave people a strong sense of oppression.

Perhaps because he hadn't seen the person he wanted to see for a long time, the air pressure around Xie Zheng was a little low.

The people around him subconsciously didn't dare to get close to him.

"Xie Zheng!"

Hearing a voice that couldn't be more familiar, Xie Zheng turned around suddenly and saw a woman smiling brightly at him not far away.

A faint smile played across his deep, dark eyes, and the expression on his face softened visibly.

Walking quickly to Wang Cuilan's side, the man said in a low voice, "Did you have an okay journey?"

Looking at Sanbao in her arms, Xie Zheng stretched out his hand, "Is the child asleep? Let me hold him, you take a rest."

Wang Dagui curled his lips and wondered how Xie Zheng could be so short-sighted. Didn’t he see that his father-in-law was still here?

He doesn't even know how to say hello, he just knows how to be attentive to his daughter.

He coughed quietly, reminding himself of his presence.

Upon hearing the voice, Xie Zheng seemed to remember something. He turned around and greeted Wang Dagui, then thanked everyone else for their hard work.

After a brief greeting, Xie Zheng led the group to his parking spot, holding the child, and opened the car door.

"There are so many of us, the car definitely won't be able to fit all of us in one trip. It's cold now, so I suggest that Cuilan, Auntie Lan, and the others with children get on the car first. After I send them home, I'll turn around and come back to pick up the rest of us. What do you think?"

The others naturally had no objection and were about to nod when Aunt Zhou waved her hand.

"You don't have to come pick us up again. This place is not far from home. We can just take the bus back."

"It only takes half an hour to take the bus. Isn't it much more time-saving than dropping someone off and then coming back to pick them up?" Aunt Zhou whispered.

"Well, Cuilan, you hold Sanbao, Cuixiang, you hold Erbao, Anmeizi, you hold Dabao, and Lanmeizi, you hold the fat boy and get in Zheng's car and leave first."

"I will take the remaining brother Dagui and the girl Ling on the bus." Before anyone else could object, Aunt Zhou had already made the arrangements.

She glanced at everyone and asked, "You all have no objections, right?"

The others shook their heads, but Wang Dagui looked at Aunt Zhou with resentment in his eyes.

He has an objection. He doesn't want to take the bus, and he doesn't want to be crowded with others.

He just wants to ride in a jeep, and he likes to see the envious looks from people around him. Why don’t you give him this opportunity?

Alas, Wang Dagui sighed deeply in his heart.

Seeing that Aunt Zhou had already made arrangements and no one else had any objections, Xie Zheng no longer insisted on driving back to pick them up.

Just ask Aunt An and the others holding the children to get in the car, and wait for the three of them to sit in the back seat.

Xie Zheng then carefully handed the three treasures in his arms to Wang Cuilan, and then opened the passenger door for her, "You sit in the front."

Wang Cuilan didn't say much when she saw this. There were already three people squeezed in the back seat, and there was really no room for her.

The car was a bit high, and it was a bit difficult for Wang Cuilan to get up, especially since she was holding the child in her arms.

She turned around and was about to ask Xie Zheng to hold the child first and give it to her after she got in the car, but Xie Zheng exerted force with his arms and she was already in the car.

Wang Cuilan: “…” I was a little confused.

After realizing what was happening, she quickly glared at Xie Zheng and signaled him to let go of his hands that were still around her waist.

Xie Zheng remained calm and said, "Stand firm?"

"Yeah," Wang Cuilan nodded repeatedly.

Hearing this, Xie Zheng finally released his hands from around her waist.
