On the second day of the Lunar New Year, the local custom is to pay respects to one's father-in-law. However, because Luo Juan caused such a big scene yesterday, many people are too afraid to move and are just observing.
In the morning, when Song Lili got up, she saw Song Jianshe chopping firewood in the yard to prepare firewood for Xia Niu.
"Brother, aren't you going to prepare things for your trip to your wife's house? Aren't you going to pay New Year's visits today? Why are you still here?" Song Lili asked, somewhat puzzled.

However, it's the second day of the Lunar New Year, and her father isn't her father-in-law yet, so no one came. I guess only her two uncles are home today, and that's it.
Song Lili's prediction was correct. Around noon, her two uncles arrived together. Just as Song Lili was about to pour them water, her two uncles were about to leave.

The most important part of scallion pancakes is the flavor of scallions, so they are indispensable. However, scallions are readily available in our gardens and fields.

Song Fang obediently chopped the scallions into small pieces, then tended the fire for Song Lili, all the while eagerly awaiting the scallion pancakes to be ready.

When it was time to flip it over, Song Lili suddenly realized that this was not how scallion pancakes were made. This... seemed to be the way to make multigrain pancakes, and the pan was wrong too.
As you can imagine, this scallion pancake ended in failure.
The second time, Song Lili used the right method, and of course, the scallion pancakes she made were successful.

"Here, have this to satisfy your craving, but be careful it's hot," Song Lili said, handing it to Song Fang while reminding her.
Song Fang nodded happily, then eagerly and carefully grabbed the scallion pancake with her hands, slowly blowing on it and putting it into her mouth.
Then, those clear eyes narrowed, like curved willow leaves, a smile that made people happy.
Song Lili was also delighted. Her little sister's expression was so adorable that she wanted to hold her in her arms and rub her cheeks.
